Tasks of the experimental part Select an experimental group for testing Evaluate necessary aids Applied EPCS into lessons of physical training Enable respondents to make their own choice in lessons of physical training Describe process and realisation of the survey Evaluate the observed information Conclusion 8 Method: I carry out the survey by form of qualitative experiment (forming, explorative), when the critical analysis method of studied literature is carried out and it is following by participate long-term observing, when video recordings, photo documentations, audio recordings and their transcription were provided. After that follows the analysis of school documentation of clients with autistic spectrum...

Topic-focus articulation in newspaper and news server
Pirnerová, Helena ; Hajičová, Eva (advisor) ; Rysová, Kateřina (referee)
The diploma thesis is focused on an analysis of the first sentences of newspaper articles namely from an aspect of the topic-focus articulation, which is expressed in Czech primarily by word order. The word order depending on the increasing communicative dynamism of words in the sentence might be changed from an objective word order if new information follows known or before mentioned information into subjective word order resulting in a reverse order. E.g.: The CEZ group showed record profit of 52 milliard CZK last year, a reverse word order: (literal translation) Record profit (Obj) of 52 milliard CZK the CEZ group(Subj) showed last year. In our thesis, we describe the above mentioned changes and we determine sets of cases comprising the modifications and we attempt to specify kinds of rules and principles resulting in different word orders. The sentence in the case of the subjective word order begins with an object, an adverbial of time, place, or condition. Anyway, not always a sentence constituent at the beginning of the sentence indicates the subjective word order. A significant role in the analysis is played by head- lines, which affect considerably the result. We focus ou attention on sentences expressing a placement on the scene. These sentences are assessed in relation with the head-lines...

Strusková, Edita ; Otáhal, Jakub (advisor) ; Michalec, Radim (referee)
Title: Effect of surface electrode type on quality of decomposition of surface EMG signal Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effect of surface electrode type, which was used for EMG record, on the quality of decomposition of surface EMG signal using decomposition software EMGlab. Methods: The form of the thesis is an experimental essay. It was detected an EMG signal from one healthy volunteer during mild cyclic contraction. It was used three different types of electrodes (standard surface electrode, tetrode, tetrode with saw-off spikes) for EMG signal detection. These signals were decomposed in program EMGlab. The results were processed in program MS Excel, compared with each other and graphically displayed. Results: The measurement verified a hypothesis which claimed that the used type of electrode affects the quality of automatic decomposition. The best results of automatic decomposition provide the signal gained from the standard surface electrode. Key words: action potential, decomposition, surface electrodes, EMG signal, tetrode, electromyography

It is based upon individual creative activity of students with a Sound Forge program where are the students due to remake Smetana's Vltava in an avant-garde way. Both examples are drawn up so the students would understand how phraseology contributes to the final mode of music. Third methodical example is actually an excursion to a musical recording studio which...

Špičková, Barbora ; Šubrt, Jiří (advisor) ; Duffková, Jana (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with the category of time. Time forms an integral part of being and sensing for each individual. It is a vital point of reference in the life of an individual as well as that of society, and as such, it is the subject of study in various fields. Memory serves as a tool for orientation in life, both on an individual level, within each person's acquired experience, and on the level of the whole society. The collective memory of humankind records the experience of past generations and contains patterns and structures of social life. As soon as people realize the existence of time as a guiding mechanism in life, they develop a need to measure time.

Examination of respiratory disorders stereotypes and their effects on the musculoskeletal system PF JU students aged 19 to 25 years
MAREŠ, Martin
The main task of this thesis was an examination of breathing stereotypes on selected students of Pedagogical faculty aged from 19 to 25. The other objective was to develop an intervention programme according to which the selected students participated in six weeks lasting workouts that were focused on breath training with consecutive heightening of their physical efficiency. A method of content analysis was used for analysing literature and a method of content synthesis was used for application of gathered information and for creating the intervention programme. For the examination of breathing stereotypes a muscle dynamometer was used which is able to record a movement dynamics and simultaneously to record a breathing activity dynamics. The vital capacity was measured through a forced expiratory vital capacity (FVC) when also a value of one second exhale was recorded (FEV1). This test was performed in standing upright position on the machine Spirometr Otthon, evaluation was processed in the Thorsoft programme. The study was participated by six students who at first passed out an entrance examination where the main values were defined, then the intervention programme and after the end of it the participants underwent a checking (output) examination. During processing of the thesis it was confirmed that the developed intervention programme, which is based on aerobic exercises and completed with resistance training, has a factual and statistical significant effect on strengthening the respiratory muscles which are activated by the diaphragmatic breathing within resting breathing and deepened breathing. For the determination of the substantive significance the Cohen's d was used, then the paired Student´s t test for dependent samples.
