Analytical - synthetic modelling of education process of subject "Integrated emergency system"
MENDLOVÁ, Ludmila
The main units of the Integrated Rescue System (IRS) include the Fire Rescue Service (FRS), the Police of the Czech Republic (PCR) and the Health Rescue Service (HRS). The educational system of these units is not unified and thus there exist certain problems, which result from this disintegration. One of many consequences is for example unfamiliarity with competences at solving crisis situations and at carrying out rescue and liquidating work. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the educational system of basic IRS units{\crq} workers and suggest a certain arrangements which would eliminate some problematic issues. On the basis of a detailed analysis some drawbacks were found. The most significant drawback in the educational system of basic IRS units{\crq} workers was the disintegration of thematic contents in terms of particular units{\crq} education. As a result the IRS units{\crq} workers are not educated in some fundamental disciplines (legislation of IRS and crisis management, toxicology or radiation protection). That is why there was suggested a unifying educational course for all main IRS units{\crq} workers, which provides comprehensive information needed by these workers. The education is moreover divided into two modules. First module is thematically focused on disciplines which are common to all main IRS units. It includes not only legislation and IRS organization but also for example psychology. Second module is focused on the needs of particular main units and includes for example the basics of toxicology and the basics of radiation protection. Suggested unifying course may be transferred to lifelong learning course, which would be under the auspices of a university or a college.

Soukup, Jaromír ; Kovář, Martin (advisor) ; Skřivan, Aleš (referee) ; Moravcová, Dagmar (referee)
The British occupation of the Rhineland in the period between 1918 and 1929/30 (Cologne Zone and Wiesbaden area) is in many aspects very surprising in comparison with the "traditional" British policy. The answer to the question why Great Britain stayed so long in this area was an effort to modify the Versailles peace system through a work in various inter-allied commissions. According to an opinion of British politicians and occupation authorities, the most important troubles were caused by the French who endangered the German unity, and obstructed its economic recovery. The form of the occupation had changed during the 1920s. Since December 1918 until the evacuation of the Cologne Zone at the turn of 1925 and 1926 we can ascertain four phases. In the period from the occupation of Cologne till the ratification of the Treaty of Versailles was the Rhineland placed under military administration. The military governors had in their zones of occupation practically absolute authority. In January 1920 became the highest representative of occupation forces civil body called Inter-Allied Rhineland Commission (High Commission) with its seat in Coblenz. Its main goals were to protect allied soldiers, issue ordinances for their security but also to veto German laws. However, in January 1920 the Congress of the United...

Rojko, Ivan ; Durdisová, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Minárik, Pavol (referee)
The main objective of my diploma thesis was to explain the principles and basic terms of drug policy in the Czech Republic, and to illustrate all the issues of government regulations in this area. This paper is trying to confront two different kinds of health services. The first one based on liberal principles, without any government intervention (system in USA), and the second one demarcating with regulations and restrictions, devoid of any free market fundamentals (system in EU). It describes the relationship between patient and doctor, and points out the different number of information, they dispose of. This paper is trying to explain the problem of skewed distribution of information in society. It presents how the government regulations in the free market area destroy the source allocation efficiency and goes against the satisfaction of customers' needs.
