Localization in Wireless PAN
Polok, Zbyszek ; Šimek, Milan (referee) ; Hynčica, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of localization in wireless sensor network. First, ZigBit 900 Modules equipped with chip for wireless communication (AT86RF212) are used to measure the signal strength in the area of Brno University of Technology. The recorded values are then processed using trilateration localization techniques and Euclidean propagation methods. After detecting negative effects on the calculation of the position sought, a filtering method for the calculated values is proposed. In addition, an algorithm determining a sufficient number of reference values for loss rate is also designed to locate all the positions sought. By virtue of these algorithms the trilateration localization method is optimized.

První výpočty efektivní dávky z měření dceřinných produktů rozpadu radonu a aerosolových částic v jeskyních
Thinová, L. ; Berka, Z. ; Brandejsová, E. ; Ždímal, Vladimír
The result from continual radon activity measurement, immediate radon daughter and radon activity sampling (one per month), air flow measurement, and aerosol particle size distribution determination have been taken into account of the effective dose of the permanent guides in caves. All data obtained by the carried out measurements and calculations published by J. Porstendörfer were used for more exact determination of an effective doses from radon and daughters inhalation for guides in the Bozkov cave.

Facebook And Internet Marketing
Vrbasová, Magdaléna ; Pavlíček, Antonín (advisor) ; Šesták, Michal (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to create and effectively manage Facebook web pages for individual divisions of Import Volkswagen Group s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains basic information about online and offline medias, trends in the area of Internet marketing and measuring of online advertising efficiency, which, unlike the efficiency of "offline" advertising, is easily measurable. In the past two years, social networks, especially Facebook and Twitter became trendy. The last chapter of the theoretical part is deals with the topic of advertising on Facebook, that prevails in the Czech Republic. and promotion on the social network called Facebook. In the practical part, some of the findings derived from the theoretical part are implemented and verified. The main outcome of this thesis is a development of well-functioning Facebook web pages, administration of which could be taken over by Import Volkswagen Group s.r.o. in the future.

Social networks to support competitiveness in companies
Rumplíková, Blanka ; Molnár, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Měsíček, Libor (referee)
This thesis focuses on the issue of social networks. Social networks are one of the many types of social media, which are defined in the introduction of this thesis and described their characteristics. The thesis focuses on the options of two social networks in marketing and on the internet marketing in general. There are three criteria for the use of social net-works in companies -- sales promotion, publicity and communication. They are first de-scribed theoretically, analyzed in the environment of a particular company, the company Student Agency, and ultimately within these criteria suggested solutions to improve the use of social networks in the company. The aim of thesis is to define the possibilities of using social networks in companies to promote competitiveness, describe the options on real company and suggest possible improvements.

Network marketing as an opportunity
Hakun, Peter ; Turnerová, Lenka (advisor) ; Khelerová, Vladimíra (referee)
The objective of this thesis is to clarify network marketing and how it works and to describe its advantages, disadvantages and opportunity which it offers to producer, distributor and consumer. The first chapter gives a definition of network marketing, explains how it works and refers to its history. In the second chapter the network marketing is compared to common distribution chain from producer's as well as consumer's point of view. Opportunities which network marketing offers to a distributor are described in the third chapter, which also points out the difference between network marketing and pyramid schemes. The last chapter representing practical part gives closer look at use of network marketing in Amway Company.

Bradová, Michala ; Zamazalová, Marcela (advisor) ; Stříteský, Václav (referee)
This thesis deals with the importance of social networks for marketing communications musical bands in the Czech republic. Firstly it deals with basic theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing communications, new media and social networks. Then describe the selected music band - Animé, Holden Caulfield, The Pooh and Republic of Two. Followed by analysis of the individual profiles on social networks selected music bands. Based on interviews do a comparison of views on the use of social networks for marketing communication among musicians and I will also look at the issue of fans through a questionnaire survey. In conclusion I will describe the own proposal how the musical band can promote.

Internet Communication
Hubka, Michal ; Pokorný, Pavel (advisor) ; Přibil, Jiří (referee)
Internet communication is becoming increasingly frequent communication tool, compared to the normal communication (like phone calls, sending letters, etc.). Work described the development of Internet communication, focusing also on its forms (formal and informal). Based on these forms of work it also demonstrated how to create a username or avatar, that applies to the traffic. The thesis focused on the social networking site Facebook, which is becoming increasingly popular. Pointed to the history, usage and also describes the basic functions. Facebook is very good commercial tool, so the work is focused on displaying the possibility of commercialization of this social network. The thesis pointed to other social networks, which may not be as popular, but worth a demonstration. Generally it's not just a social network that could be used for Internet communication. On the contrary, this form is younger than communicators, which are also described and introduced. It focused on the best-known communicators such as ICQ, Skype, etc. The work is a survey and analysis, which focused on the global Internet communications. The thesis is based on research. Firstly, there is a focus on the security account on Facebook, as well as the use of online communications companies and finally to use Internet communications of the faculty.

Simulation of traffic infrastructure
Pak, Hak Chol ; Marek, Lukáš (referee) ; Kofroň, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the project is to simulate the movement of vehicles on the road. The project includes the graphical simulator and the graphical editor of the traffic road network. Editor traffic road network allows users to create and edit network. With the traffic road network will be able to simulate the movement of vehicles and obtain simulation results. The simulation is carried out with its own simulation model, which has two important models - control model of movement of vehicles and traffic lights.

Algorithms for browsing 2D maze
Chvíla, Lukáš ; Jelínek, Aleš (referee) ; Žalud, Luděk (advisor)
This thesis describes an automatic path finding method in a 2D maze defined by bitmap evidence grids. The problem was solved in the programming language C# with the help of the straight line decomposition algorithm used for creating a network of potential routes. The algorithm assumes approximation of obstacles by vector polygons. The resulting path was found by the means of algorithm A*. The result is a path described by line segments. After some modifications, the path could be used for robot navigation.

Posture imperfections and muscular disbalances among ice-hockey players of pupil categories.
NĚMCOVÁ, Kateřina
Posture imperfections in children resulting from the lack of physical activity represent a very frequently debated topic in recent times. My thesis, however, is focused on posture imperfections in children who are actively involved in ice-hockey. Active sport represents a large physical load. Long-term impact of single-sided load may result in paramyotonia and subsequent serious damage to the motion system. Therefore the organism needs to be protected against muscular dysbalances resulting in poor posture by means of suitable compensation programme. My thesis deals with elaboration and application of such compensation programme in ice-hockey players of pupil categories. I verified the effectiveness of the programme through input and output tests. I took the view that appropriately chosen programme, provided it becomes part of the training plan and it is truly followed, may sufficiently compensate negative impact of excessive physical load, which the ice-hockey has on child´s organism. Based on this conclusion I strived to determine certain recommendations that may help the ice-hockey coaches in drawing up training plans for children entrusted to them.
