The nurse's role in education to donate.

Despite the large advancement of the treatment methods is the blood transfusion still irreplaceable. The blood is an irreplaceable liquid, which is not possible to produce and which is able to win only by blood taken from the voluntaries. The first and a very important step of the transfusion medicine is winning the satisfactory amount of suitable blood donors, who donate their blood repeatedly. Their searching is more and more difficult. In this sphere can the nurses play a very important function, because an education is one of their main roles. This bachelor work deals with a problematic of blood donation. The theory part of work is given to a history, present blood donation, criterions of blood donation, appreciating of blood donors, blood taken and then the role of the nurse and education. The practical part of the work includes the proceeding and evaluation of data won during the research. Two aims were set on the start: The first aim was focused on the detection of possibilities and ways, which are used by the nurses for winning of new donors. Two research questions were given: What possibilities and ways use the nurses to donation motivation? Do the nurses motivate their fellow citizens to blood donation? To fulfill this aim was used a quality research made by the technique of a part-structured dialogue. From the results is known that the nurses use for motivation individual dialogues and the leaflets. But it was found, that the nurses from other departments except the transfusion ones don?t take part in motivation of new donors because they do not know the criterions for blood donation. It is partly caused by the lack of interest from the public. The second part of the work should find out the main motivation to blood donation, lack of information in the given problematic and if the nurses motivate possible blood donors. Three hypothesis were determined: The nurses educate the possible blood donors. The blood donors have enough information to a given problematic. The main reasons for blood donating are unselfish. The results in this sphere showed, that although the donors have different reasons for blood donation and use the advantage, which this donation offers, thein main reasons are unselfish. From the analysis of the answers is known, that the blood donors have enough information relating the given problematic because 87% of the respondents answered right the questions. From the research in this last sphere is evident, that the nurses do not educate the possible blood donors enough. Only 5 % of the respondents answered, that the information which made them donate the blood were given by the nurses. Here we can find some another way to make the process of winning the new blood donors by the nurses more quality. Generally the nurses should be informed about the criterions of blood donating better and they should know eventually how to pick and motivate the new donors.

The main goal of the bachelor study is to create functional marketing plan for year 2017 that is consistent with the existing long-term marketing strategy. This thesis is created for use in business company MAGICAM HD SOLUTIONS Ltd. The core of the thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. The first part laid the foundations basis of the terms used in the marketing planning, it is described the relationship marketing strategy, plan and tactics and role in the functioning of the marketing plan of the company. The second part contains the characteristics of the company, the analysis of external and internal factors affecting the company, SWOT analysis, setting goals and designing procedures by which the company will achieved set go-als. The practical part also contains specific steps in the action programs and timetable. Finally the thesis evaluates individual parts and contribution to the company.

Design of methodology of administration and management of issues and its application in chosen organisation

This thesis is focused on design methodology of administration and management of issues, using issue-tracking system. The objective is to create such methodology and deploy it to specific organization. During methodology creation, there were used best practices, acquired from source thesis and authors experiences. In theoretical part of thesis are described approaches, witch is this thesis based on. Then thesis describes what issue-tracking system is and lists mostly used issue-tracking systems. In practical part, the methodology itself is created. At first, target group is described. Then, types of issuse and roles used in issue-tracking system are described. Then is described, how to create lifecycle of issue and how to handle with its attributes. Last part is focused on data reporting from issue-tracking system. Last chapter of practical part describes how to implement methodology to issue-tracking system JIRA.

The influence of selected ECJ judgements on the forming of common commercial policy of EU

The goal of my diploma thesis is to describe the influence of ECJ decision making on the common commercial policy ("CCP") of EU. Specifically my thesis examines what factors influence ECJ decision making about direct effect of trade agreements implementing CCP. These factors are applied on several treaties, where the court has not yet decided on their potential direct effect and on a present case at ECJ on direct effect of WTO treaties. With regard to the goal of my thesis an important part of my thesis deals with the development of ECJ decision making. Methods applied in my thesis are analysis and comparison of selected judgements that influence the CCP of EU. After proper analysis I found out that the main motiv behind ECJ decision making is that, if the negotiating position of EU is to be deteriorated, the ECJ is likely to find that the treaty does not have direct effect. Other factors are of secondary character. Examining the influence of decision making of ECJ on direct effect of trade agreements is important, because the role of ECJ influences the legal certainty of subjects about direct applicability of international trade treaties.

Serverless single page application in JavaScript

The goal of this thesis is to design and develop a framework for building modern single- page application in the JavaScript programming language and describe this approach to development. The work also contains the documentation for a more comfortable use and customization. The content is divided into eight chapters. The introduction is followed by the retrieval of information resources, including the specifics of the JavaScript programming language and explanation of the formation of single-page application. The description of the basic principles of their functioning, motivation and justification, when and why this approach is appropriate is also included. The work is primarily focused on the issue of single-page application, for which the use of the JavaScript programming language is crucial. For this reason, this work provides a whole chapter about this programming language, also including a description of its history and role in the context of others. Below are the common characteristics of single-page applications frameworks, built on top of the library ReactJS, whose formation is engaged in the following chapter. The developed framework also contains the user guide. The practical outcome of this work is an open source framework for creating serverless single-page applications, which is due to its architecture and documentation appropriately adaptable.

Information systems security penetration testing

The aim of this dissertation thesis is to develop new methodology of information systems penetration testing based on analysis of current methodologies and the role of penetration tests in context of IS/IT governance. Integral part of this aim is evaluation of the methodology. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the presentation of history and current state of research in selected area, definiton of basic terms and introduction of role of the penetration tests. This part is followed by the review of relevant sources and comparative study of current methodologies with a goal to identify their weaknesses. Results from this study are further used as a basis for new methodology development. Classification of IS penetration tests types and testing scenarios are also included. The second part includes design of new methodology, at first its history, structure and principles are presented, then its framework is decribed in high level of detail. In the third part the reader can find (theoretical and practical) validation. The biggest scientific contribution is the methodology itself focused on managment of penetration tests (which is the area currently not sufficiently descibed). Secondary contribution is the extensive review and the comparative analysis of current methodologies. Contribution to the economic and technical (practical) application we can mainly see in the development of new methodology which enables companies to improve management of penetration tests (especially planning, operational management and implementation of countermeasures).

Determinants of Industrialization in sub-Saharan Africa and Possibilities for their Development

Sub-Saharan economies need structural changes that would enhance their productivity, increase economic growth and development. In this regard, industrialization plays a key role. Using regression analysis, the aim of this dissertation thesis is to identify main factors (determinants) of industrialization in sub-Saharan Africa. The results indicate that infrastructure and economy size (measured by population size) represent main determinants of industrialization in the region. The thesis also deals with possibilities for development of those determinants. Case study of infrastructure development in Mauritius emphasizes privatization, cooperation with external subjects etc. Negative consequences of small economy size can be overcome by preferential trade agreements (under certain circumstances), as shown by analysis of the three smallest economies in the region.

Freedom of Expression and Censorship on the Internet and Social Networks

This thesis is focused on freedom of expression and censorship on the internet and social networks. Its goal is to evaluate current situation of censorship of the internet, to describe the most often used methods of censorship and suppressing free speech, as well as methods of its circumvention. The thesis is focused on the progress of internet censorship in its shift from a tool of governmental domestic network control into a tool in the hands of multinational organizations. Some focus is also given to the importance of anonymity as a way to freedom of speech, and to the analysis of current situation and possible future outcomes. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first one serves as an introduction into the problematics. Second chapter describes methods of internet censorship, the third one describes its circumvention. The fourth chapter looks into the current situation regarding the role of social media in terms of internet censorship and possible results of censorship as well as future evolvement. Fifth and last chapter is dedicated to research of anonymous parts of internet community that could otherwise face censorship.

Analysis of Financing Research and Development in the Czech Republic

The topic of this bachelor Thesis is an Analysis of Financing Research and Development in the Czech Republic. Research and Development (R&D) plays an important role in improving the competitive ability of the Czech Republic, for it constitutes a source for increasing productivity, economic growth and employment. The results of R&D lead to creation of new products and services, which in return increases the quality of life of the Czech citizens. This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of financing R&D in the Czech Republic. The objective is to find out who finances R&D in the Czech Republic, where do these funds go to, and what they are used on. This thesis also focuses on R&D employees and R&D departments in which they work. The bachelor thesis is concluded by comparison between the R&D data for Czech Republic and other countries form the Europian Union.

Strategy of Corporate Social Responsibility in Hilton Worlwide company and its application in local conditions

This bachelor thesis focuses on strategy of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in company Hilton Worldwide. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with concept of corporate social responsibility, with the philosophy of CSR, its history and the present. This part also defines key words related to corporate social responsibility like CSR, stakeholders, corporate philanthropy, sustainable development, business ethics and corporate citizenship. It also focuses on the important role of communication in general and also in CSR. The practical part introduces the concept and strategy of CSR in the company Hilton Worldwide. This part also presents hotels Hilton Prague and Hilton Prague Old Town and their activities within the CSR. SWOT analysis as strategy tool was used to evaluate the concept and communication of CSR in both hotels. The final results of analyses showed problems in internal and external communication. Based on results of SWOT analysis are suggested solutions and recommendations that should improve understanding and perception of CSR concept in both hotels, improve internal communication for employees, and use all modern communication tools and channels for communicating information about CSR activities. These measures will lead to increased loyalty and strengthening the company's competitiveness.
