[cze][eng] Krevní transfuze je i přes velký rozvoj léčebných metod stále nezastupitelná. Krev je nenahraditelná tekutina, kterou nelze vyrobit a je možné ji získat pouze odběry krve dobrovolníkům. Prvním a velmi důležitým krokem transfuzního lékařství je získání dostatečného počtu vhodných dárců krve, kteří darují svou krev opakovaně. Jejich hledání je stále těžší. V této oblasti mohou mít velmi důležité poslání sestry, protože jednou z jejich hlavních rolí je výchova. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dárcovství krve. Teoretická část práce se věnuje historii, současností dárcovství krve, kritériím dárcovství krve, oceňování dárců krve, odběrem krve, dále pak rolí sestry a edukací sestrou. Praktická část zahrnuje zpracování a vyhodnocení dat získaných během výzkumného šetření. Na začátku byly stanoveny dva cíle. První cíl byl zaměřen na zmapování možností a způsobů, které sestry využívají při získávání nových dárců. Stanoveny byly dvě výzkumné otázky. Jaké sestry používají k motivaci k dárcovství prostředky a formy? Motivují sestry spoluobčany k dárcovství krve? K naplnění tohoto cíle byl využit kvalitativní výzkum technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Z výsledků vztahujících se k prvnímu cíli vyplynulo, že sestry k motivaci používají individuální rozhovor a letáky. Ukázalo se ale, že sestry z jiných oddělení než transfuzních, se na motivaci nových dárců nepodílejí, a to hlavně z důvodu neznalosti kritérií dárcovství krve a částečně také z nedostatku zájmu veřejnosti. Druhý cíl práce měl zjistit hlavní motivaci k dárcovství krve, nedostatky informovanosti v dané problematice u dárců krve, a zda sestry edukují potencionální dárce krve. Byly stanoveny 3 hypotézy. Sestry edukují potencionální dárce krve. Dárci krve mají dostatek informací o dané problematice. Hlavní důvody k dárcovství krve jsou altruistické. K naplnění tohoto cíle byl použit kvantitativní výzkum. Zde byla použita technika dotazníku. Výsledky této oblasti poukázaly na to, že i když mají dárci krve různé důvody pro darování krve a využívají i výhody, které jim dárcovství krve přináší, jejich hlavní důvody jsou altruistické. Z analýzy odpovědí dále vyplynulo, že dárci krve mají dostatek informací o dané problematice, neboť správně odpovědělo na otázky prověřující znalosti dárců, 87% respondentů. Z šetření v poslední oblasti je zřejmé, že sestry potencionální dárce dostatečně needukují, neboť pouze 5% respondentů uvedlo, že informace, na základě kterých se rozhodli krev darovat, získaly od sester. Zde se nabízí cesta k dalšímu zkvalitnění procesu získávání nových dárců sestrami. Obecně by měly být sestry lépe informovány o kritériích dárcovství a případné zájemce umět lépe vytypovat a motivovat.Despite the large advancement of the treatment methods is the blood transfusion still irreplaceable. The blood is an irreplaceable liquid, which is not possible to produce and which is able to win only by blood taken from the voluntaries. The first and a very important step of the transfusion medicine is winning the satisfactory amount of suitable blood donors, who donate their blood repeatedly. Their searching is more and more difficult. In this sphere can the nurses play a very important function, because an education is one of their main roles. This bachelor work deals with a problematic of blood donation. The theory part of work is given to a history, present blood donation, criterions of blood donation, appreciating of blood donors, blood taken and then the role of the nurse and education. The practical part of the work includes the proceeding and evaluation of data won during the research. Two aims were set on the start: The first aim was focused on the detection of possibilities and ways, which are used by the nurses for winning of new donors. Two research questions were given: What possibilities and ways use the nurses to donation motivation? Do the nurses motivate their fellow citizens to blood donation? To fulfill this aim was used a quality research made by the technique of a part-structured dialogue. From the results is known that the nurses use for motivation individual dialogues and the leaflets. But it was found, that the nurses from other departments except the transfusion ones don?t take part in motivation of new donors because they do not know the criterions for blood donation. It is partly caused by the lack of interest from the public. The second part of the work should find out the main motivation to blood donation, lack of information in the given problematic and if the nurses motivate possible blood donors. Three hypothesis were determined: The nurses educate the possible blood donors. The blood donors have enough information to a given problematic. The main reasons for blood donating are unselfish. The results in this sphere showed, that although the donors have different reasons for blood donation and use the advantage, which this donation offers, thein main reasons are unselfish. From the analysis of the answers is known, that the blood donors have enough information relating the given problematic because 87% of the respondents answered right the questions. From the research in this last sphere is evident, that the nurses do not educate the possible blood donors enough. Only 5 % of the respondents answered, that the information which made them donate the blood were given by the nurses. Here we can find some another way to make the process of winning the new blood donors by the nurses more quality. Generally the nurses should be informed about the criterions of blood donating better and they should know eventually how to pick and motivate the new donors.
