Use of modern handling devices and means to carry out the storage operations in a particular agricultural farm.
KLEČACKÝ, Ondřej
The bachelor thesis deals with the use of modern handling devices and means in agriculture. It points out the new trends in agricultural handling and evaluates existing handling devices and means in a particular agricultural farm. One chapter focuses on determining the impact factors and on this basis and based on the evaluation of the existing handling devices and means, it attempts to propose possible changes that would lead to improve the current situation. At the end of the paper, there is a list of handling devices and means that can be encountered in agriculture.

Design of mobile horizontal wood-splitting machine
Dressler, Jan ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This thesis shows making of documentation for production powerfull wood-splitting machine for hardest forestal work. There are researched and soluted all phases of pre-production machine's lifecycle, also means analysis of conception, potentional risks and failures analysis and also definition of required properties. Based on those properties and results of analyses is possible to setting up condition which should be satisfied. At following part are descripted and shown features of machine-design . Main feature (component) of machine is its frame, also there are strenght analysis of frame. Machine movement features are mainly hydraulics pistons which are powered by asynchronous engine, whith alternative possibility movement by wheel tractor power-take off shaft or hydraulics output. There are performed all important properties. Working safety questions and high endurability of machine shold be also performed. At the end of work is realised conception and design study of forestal production system for wood processing with one universal source of energy – wheeled tractor.

Decision making of Prague moviegoers
Macháček, Ivan ; Hanzlík, Jan (advisor) ; Zelený, Martin (referee)
The aim of this work is to analyze attitudes of Prague film viewers towards watching films at the cinema and at home and to find out on what factors do they base their decision to watch a particular film. The means to achieve this goal are research of existing literature related to this subject and my own research through a questionnaire survey on a sample population of Prague with a corresponding demographic composition. The most crucial conclusions from this investigation are related to the frequency of watching movies in the cinema and at home, attitudes towards the origin and localization of movies, attitudes towards various genres, factors influencing the choice of a film and comparing the results of various demographic groups (by gender, age and education) within these topics.

Clustering and regression analysis of micro panel data
Sobíšek, Lukáš ; Pecáková, Iva (advisor) ; Komárek, Arnošt (referee) ; Brabec, Marek (referee)
The main purpose of panel studies is to analyze changes in values of studied variables over time. In micro panel research, a large number of elements are periodically observed within the relatively short time period of just a few years. Moreover, the number of repeated measurements is small. This dissertation deals with contemporary approaches to the regression and the clustering analysis of micro panel data. One of the approaches to the micro panel analysis is to use multivariate statistical models originally designed for crosssectional data and modify them in order to take into account the within-subject correlation. The thesis summarizes available tools for the regression analysis of micro panel data. The known and currently used linear mixed effects models for a normally distributed dependent variable are recapitulated. Besides that, new approaches for analysis of a response variable with other than normal distribution are presented. These approaches include the generalized marginal linear model, the generalized linear mixed effects model and the Bayesian modelling approach. In addition to describing the aforementioned models, the paper also includes a brief overview of their implementation in the R software. The difficulty with the regression models adjusted for micro panel data is the ambiguity of their parameters estimation. This thesis proposes a way to improve the estimations through the cluster analysis. For this reason, the thesis also contains a description of methods of the cluster analysis of micro panel data. Because supply of the methods is limited, the main goal of this paper is to devise its own two-step approach for clustering micro panel data. In the first step, the panel data are transformed into a static form using a set of proposed characteristics of dynamics. These characteristics represent different features of time course of the observed variables. In the second step, the elements are clustered by conventional spatial clustering techniques (agglomerative clustering and the C-means partitioning). The clustering is based on a dissimilarity matrix of the values of clustering variables calculated in the first step. Another goal of this paper is to find out whether the suggested procedure leads to an improvement in quality of the regression models for this type of data. By means of a simulation study, the procedure drafted herein is compared to the procedure applied in the kml package of the R software, as well as to the clustering characteristics proposed by Urso (2004). The simulation study demonstrated better results of the proposed combination of clustering variables as compared to the other combinations currently used. A corresponding script written in the R-language represents another benefit of this paper. It is available on the attached CD and it can be used for analyses of readers own micro panel data.

"European Identity" of a Teacher
Gröschlová, Andrea ; Walterová, Eliška (advisor) ; Chvál, Martin (referee) ; Janík, Tomáš (referee)
This work attempts to identify and analyse factors that have an effect on the identification of teachers with Europe: "European identity" of a teacher is being argued. We widely discuss actual meaning of the term "Europe" and seek an empirical approach to the "European identity" research. Correctness of the "European identity" of a teacher is not put to test; actual issue of the teacher's profession is being discussed instead. The structure of this work consists of three chapters. First of all some basic assumptions for the work need to be posted: we discuss such terms as "globalisation", "knowledge society", "educational aims" and context of "European dimension of education". The second chapter presents three interrelated parts. They are focused on the meaning of theme "teacher as a subject of research", "identity as a subject of research" and "Europe as a subject of research" . We conclude with the own meaning of the "European identity" of a teacher in the end of the second chapter. Empirical approach throughout the rest of the work is based on this conclusion. The methodological approach is derived from the character of the postulated hypothesis. We compare two independent samples. Two samples being a) teachers (teachers of basic and secondary schools in Prague) and b) random population. Based on the...

Dance Therapy as Help in Integration of Peoplewith Cerebral Palsy
Šourková, Barbora ; Ortová, Marie (advisor) ; Olšiaková, Jasmína (referee)
Dance therapy is a form of psychotherapy where move is the main mean of change. A man uses its own body for this change because body is physical aspect of personality. This therapy helps to create positive image of myself. It is a new profession which is still in proces of defining itself. Dancing education and art performance in this therapy is not the aim. In this therapy the esthetic aspect of movement is not concidered. The Greek word therapy has the same meaning as Czech word accompany. Therapist is the one who accompanies client on his way to recovery and self-knowledge. The principial moment of dance therapy is connection of body movement and emotional experience. Connection body-mind is easy and harmonical functioning systém. Discruption continuity of this system can point out psychological and physical stress. Relation between emotion and movement charakterize an individual. That speaks about face expression, posture, space largeness, where the body moves etc. If psychotherapy changes psychical attitude, even the physical standard will change. In dance therapy thisprincipal also works but in revers order. Participant of this change of mans behaviour is his body. The fact that physical comunication becomes less important due to speach development is also surfaced. It is obvious that animals are in...

HACCP System in a company Pascual Polabí s. r. o.
Kukačková, Veronika ; Kořánová, Helena (advisor) ; Větrovský, Stanislav (referee)
Aim diploma work is analysis of system HACCP in company Pascual Polabí s. r. o.. To analyze this system properly I arbitrated to carry out internal audit upon this system, I examined, whether adhere plus check all critical control points. Processed I record from hereof inner audit plus determine several power procuration plus recommendation. This system I examined partly with reference to valid legislature plus partly with reference to in-home regulations " Health dangerous at agricultural basic industry firm Pascual Polabí s. r. o." I investigate with recency plus rightness diagrams industrial process plus assesment breaking point.. System implementation HACCP will realize legislative requirements for food processing firm, will ensure production (performance) plus sale health unexceptionable groceries plus dishs, protect the consumer and food processing firm (better vindication before inspection authorities plus complaints consumers) as well as increases know - how plus qualification workers. Base system HACCP is, that not only must be well - established, but also have to adhere correct production plus hygienic rules. That is means, that all personnel must be familiarized whith it and everyone have to know what, when, why plus how be to do. In first chapter behind - pick theoretic part, where describe, what it proper system HACCP is plus what legislative regulations are with him adherent. Concentrate here largely on boot HACCP for agricultural basic industry, because company Pascual Polabí s. r. o. grows salads. In second parts I deal with analysis contemporary system state HACCP in company. Describe here, how is system HACCP in company Pascual Polabí s. r. o. implemented and on what diversification according to legislature zero in on. In third chapter describe fulfilment check internal audit system HACCP, where I double - checked how consequential plus entire lead all documentation system HACCP, so and observance all critical check point in terrain, afield and in store. Check audit in terrain I prove by evidence photographs. Lastly I'm analyzed record audit. From ascertained reality follow on, that the company Pascual Polabí s. r. o. faces all documentation to system HACCP in absolute harmony with requirements legislature and in-home regulations. In terrain I however run against some way inadequacies in observance given critical monitor point namely above all in non - performance using all personal protective means for work. At non - performance hereof request, can get to contamination reaped salads. Therefore would recommended follow - up for - skill of all workers, further consequential verification workers supervisor. At follow - up inquest poverty of would proposed financial sanctions how for workers, so and for supervisor. Further would at assesment new procuration recommended carry out consequential for - skill of all workers, to this procuration was really adhere, see cracked glass receiver on crop machine rig, that are marked red wrapper, but personnel, there and despite salads positioning. Also would recommended assesment two new critical monitor point that the concern above all storage space. Ought be given procuration at possible smash or disruption plastic canopy on fluorescent tube as well as regular verification runabouts. Last but not least, would recommended transaction more frequent plus regular check internal audits on observance system HACCP.

Writing outside of logocentrism (Discourse, gender, text)
Matonoha, Jan ; Bílek, Petr (advisor) ; Heczková, Libuše (referee) ; Kalnická, Zdeňka (referee)
This thesis aims to examine the nature of the relationship between the kind of textual politics, here referred to as a "women's writing", and the dominant discursive practice of our culture, whose logic and functioning is best encapsulated in the Derridean term "phallogocentrism" which can be defined by variety of its characteristics (e.g. by the idea of a singular, fully controlable meaning, the adherence to the metaphysics of presence, simplisticly instrumental understanding of language, the claim for universal rationality, simplisticly homogeneus understaning of essentially complex and messy reality, ideology of a seemlessly homogeneus, fully controlable Self, anthropocentrism, the unacknowledged privileging of its own epistemic perspective etc.). "Women's writing", then, is here defined as that kind of writing which locates itself outside the domain and logic of a phallogocentric discourse, trying to challenge and undermine its hegemonic status. In this respect, "women's writing" is not delimited by the sex of an author, but by his/her gendered subjectivity, by his/her position within the discursive formation and his/her attitude to hegemonic language practices. Thus, besides the Czech writers Milada Součková, Věra Linhartová, Sylvie Richterová and Daniela Hodrová, the writing of a male author Bohumil...
