Title: Marketing research of HC Sparta Praha fans' satisfaction Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to find out how satisfied were HC Sparta Praha fans with the quality and the quantity of services that were offered them during season 2010/2011. As the contribution of the diploma thesis I will propose, according to the outcome of the marketing research, new services that can HC Sparta Praha offer to increase the fans' satisfaction. I will eventually propose how to improve current services. Methods: I used a method of personal interview, electronic survey and observing in my diploma thesis. The method of personal interview was used for the preparation of a questionnaire. I interviewed employees of HC Sparta Praha's marketing department. The method of electronic survey was used for data collecting and I used observing when working in a Customer Care Centre and when attending HC Sparta Praha's home matches. Results: I found out, that HC Sparta Praha fans were satisfied with almost all services, that the club offered them. The most important thing, when attending home match, is a sport performance and the less important is a supplementary program. In total was the worst evaluation around number 3 ("not satisfied, nor dissatisfied"). Keywords: service, marketing mix in sport,...

Figures in Elena Garros work recollection of Things to Come

Motivation and stimulation of employees in selected company
KŘISTKOVÁ, Monika
The goal of my thesis was to analyze and assess the current level of motivation and stimulation of employees in selected company and suggest possible changes. The work includes theoretical knowledge in the field of motivation and stimulation, information about the selected company and view on the issue of the employees, which I acquired through a questionnaire survey. Based on the survey results can be stated that employees in the company are well motivated, although there are certain things that could be improved, the main way of motivation used to be salary, but companies recognized that they need to use other advantages such as good social program. The company should not underestimate the motivation of their employees because the employees are mostly involved in the company?s result. Dissatisfaction of employees can cause deterioration of work or poor relations both in the workplace and between the employee and the client. Companies are very well aware of that investments in employees are returned many times.

Turzová, Lenka ; Rakušanová, Marie (advisor) ; Novotná, Eva (referee)
Název práce, anotace a pět klíčových slov v anglickém jazyce "Existence Of Things" - creative production of Trasa group's members which came up from Emil Filla's studio Within 1948 - 1960 a process with a view to lay the foundations of communist system took its place in Czechoslovakia society. This process supposed to allow formation of inspection authorities with control all over the country. That meant a period of isolation and lack of freedom for the whole art area. In this work I am aiming at the late production of Emil Filla and his students, which came up from his studio and functioned in Trasa artistic group, particulary at Jitka Valova and Kveta Valova, Vladimir Jarcovjak, Vera Hermanska, Cestmir Kafka and Karel Vaca. Trasa group markedly participated in forming of then creative art scene and also substantially influenced its further progress. Emil Filla, Trasa, painting, 20th century, Czechoslovakia

Character and characterisation in Czech novel in the fifties
Sladký, Pavel ; Šrámek, Petr (advisor) ; Bílek, Petr (referee)
My Diploma work, entitled Character and Characterization In The Czech Socialist Realism Novel In The 50th ofThe 20th Century analyses the prose ofthe darkest times ofthe czechoslovak totalitarian regime. I focused on a so called constructive novel (budovatelský román, dealing with contemporary problems of rebuilding the society) and stories from a recent history, which came about e.g. during the times ofWorld War II. Second chapter's subject is the socialist thinking about literature. There I focused on a character itself, which was one of the most important literary categories at that time. Character helped the readers to overgo aesthetic distance in the relation to the text and to authentify the worldmaking model of a fiction. Cognitive possibilities and didactic demands on a prose were the most important things for a conception of art in the czech fifties. The incongruence of a categorization and personalization (terms introduced by Ralf Schneider) in characterization and separateness of ideological scheme and personal individualization were the reasons why the constructive novels were so schematic. In the third chapter I analyse concrete characters and symptomatic situations. For a novel in the fifties the most important thing was to pIan the ideological conf1icts and alterocharacterization schemes -...

EUROPEAN CAPITAL OF CULTURE WITHOUT TITLE?
Nagy, Nina ; SULŽENKO, Jiří (advisor) ; JEŽEK, Vlastimil (referee)
In pursuit of the competition for European Capital of Culture one believes, that the chosen candidate will be the best possible considering the review and selection is always subject to predetermined rules. However in the past, there were known cases, when the project - looking good on paper - failed in the difficult process. I started to wonder about two things: what if the winner city fails to sustain its victory in the end, and how do the unsuccessful candidate cities do? Is there added value in engaging in this challenging candidacy, when the outcome is uncertain? In my thesis I monitor both positive and negative impacts on unsuccessful candidates for the past years. I am presuming, that during all candidacies, new projects arise, cities and its inhabitants are mobilized and also, the surrounding communities usually perceive fundamental changes positively. The aim of this work is to demonstrate, that the ECOC project is meaningful for defeated candidates as well and also to create a set of best practices for cities, that may not succeed in the future.

Aristotelian doctrine of potencies in the light of recent theory of dispositional predicates
Peroutka, David ; Sousedík, Stanislav (advisor) ; Novák, Lukáš (referee) ; Palkoska, Jan (referee)
The subject of the presented work are potencies or powers, which are called - in contemporary terminology - also dispositions. Ascription of a disposition to some effect can be substituted by a dispositional conditional sentence of the following type: "If x is (were) suitably tested, x manifests (should manifest) ." As the non-modal way to deal with dispositions does not seem feasible, we employ the modality of necessity to formalize the (subjunctive) dispositional conditional. But the needed necessity cannot be explained merely by means of formal logic. Therefore we accede to the ontological considerations concerning powers. Since we use categorical properties (qualities) to explain behaviour of things, dispositions non-identical with their categorical basis would be superfluous. Hence powers (dispositions) are only conceptually distinct from their qualitative basis. We know categorical properties, but we know them only thanks to their causal potentialities or powers. So power belongs to the essence of corresponding quality, it belongs to it as its relation to some (possible) effect. If the powers belong to the essence of qualities, a qualified thing, qua qualified, necessarily has the corresponding power. As the power ascription can be substituted with a conditional sentence, we may formulate the...
