Drafts dealing with Changes of the Electoral System into the Chamber of Deputies: Analysis and Alternative Approach: Study 1.191
Pecháček, Štěpán ; Němec, Jan
The paper starts from the analysis of the elections 2006 (Chamber of Deputies). The results gave birth the idea of electoral system change to strengthen the proportionality and to establish the bonus for the winning party. The idea has been included into the coalition agreement and into the program of government policy. The paper analyses effects of various modifications of the electoral system. The results of the survey proves that D´Hondt divider fulfills the best way the optimal rank of proportionality only in the case it is applied in the single electoral constituency (Czech Republic as a whole). This system also includes a certain natural bonus for the winner. The adoption of an artificial bonus for winner in other models of electoral system causes always smaller rank of proportionality.

Čmakalová, Kateřina ; Perottino, Michel (advisor) ; Matějka, Ondřej (referee)
My diploma thesis "French European policy in the period 2007 - 2009" deals with analysis of the current role of France within the European structures during the period of time defined by the election of Nicolas Sarkozy as President of the Republic and the appointment of the government of François Fillon. At the beginning of the 1990's the international environment had radically changed, not only due to the disintegration of the Communist bloc, but changes also turned up because of the acceleration of global processes. New types of threats occurred, the capacity and power of states on the global level transformed and the changes reached also the internal structures of the European Union. In the course of 12 years, 15 new countries entered the EU and also the significance of other actors in the internal processes increased. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the gradual adaptation of the chosen Member State to the changes mentioned above. As the overall aim of my work I would like to prove that France is forced to cooperate with other Member States, institutions and other actors in a more open way, because its political leaders are unable to achieve its interests independently. To confirm this hypothesis, I will analyse the impact of European procedures on the internal mechanism of the French political...

The aim of the thesis is mainly an attempt to identify the dominant internal and external reasons which lead the change of the development priorities, or rather implementation/non-implementation of the original documents. Key...

One of the aims of my dissertation is to evaluate extreme rainfall - runoff conditions in elected experimantal basins of Czech Hydrometeorological Institute in region of Jizerské hory in hydrometeorological period 2009. I would like to evaluate effect of different geografical conditions in particular basins in the course of one year in details analysis of individual events. I pay attention to define model territory and basic description of his physical - geographical condition in introduction of my dissertation. I describe conditions of model area detailed, because this conditions are involved in formation of extreme flowing situations. Summary of this dissertation build up base of my dissertation. Summarization of bibliography was exetuted assigned subject. I composed generate and rainfall - runoff conditions of rainfall - runoff situations in my dissertation. This teoretical knowledges were used in practical section where I showed detailed analysis of three chosen hydrological events. It regards floods, which include spring snow melting, flash flood rised to rainfall downfalls and generated rainfalls long-range character. I describe impact of different geografical conditions at base of obtained results in each of seven experimantal basins of Czech Hydrometeorological Institute in the course of...

Psychosocial problems of infertility verbaled by patients of fertility treatment ambulance.
DVOŘÁKOVÁ, Alena
Infertility is the inability to naturally conceive a child or to carry a pregnancy to full term. There are many reasons why a couple may not be able to conceive, or may not be able to conceive without medical assistance. Infertility may have profound psychological effects. Partners may become more anxious to conceive. Marital discord often develops in infertile couples, especially when they are under pressure to make medical decisions. Women trying to conceive often have clinical depression. Even couples undertaking IVF face considerable stress, especially the female partner. In vitro fertilisation (IVF) is a technique in which egg cells are fertilised by sperm outside the woman's womb. IVF is a major treatment in infertility when other methods of achieving conception have failed. The process involves hormonally controlling the ovulatory process, removing eggs from the woman's ovaries and letting sperm fertilise them in a fluid medium. The fertilised egg (zygote) is then transferred to the patient's uterus with the intent to establish a successful pregnancy. In this study ten couples using fertility treatment were analysed. The purpose of this study was to follow and describe their problems during the treatment, troubles with partners, jobs and friends. The author tried to find a solution how to communicate with patients, how to help them to manage the treatment. The elected experimental strategy was qualitative analysis. This study could be used by stuff in centres of artificial reproduction.

Power distribution network model
Bradáč, Lubomír ; Mišurec, Jiří (referee) ; Mlýnek, Petr (advisor)
The thesis is focused on PLC technology issues and thus the data transmission over a power-line. This work describes characteristics of the PLC technology, its usage, functional principles and used modulation techniques. The main part of the work describes individual kinds of interferences in the network. The method of necessary steps against these interferences by using the right modulation and relevant coding is also described in the thesis. On the basis of theoretical knowledge, the models of interferences are realized in Matlab/Simulink. The simulative model of power-lines with random parameters is designed and realized for each elected techniques of modulation (BPSK, QPSK, ASK, FSK). The method of PLC channels modeling is chose as a multipath signal spreading for topology with one and two branching and the dependence of their transmission functions are inquired too. The analysis of interference influence on the data transmission is performed via the created models. All acquired results are compared and evaluated in the conclusion of this thesis.

Brechler, Josef ; Geršl, Adam (advisor) ; Rychetník, Luděk (referee)
There is a wide range of theories that try to explain interactions between politics end economy that are referred as political cycles. Majority of these theories aims at analysis of changes in economic outcomes that are related to elections or other phenomena in the political reality. To induce at least some of these changes it is necessary to alter a country's legislation which leads to emergence of political legislation cycles - changes in legislation activity over time in an electoral term. The aim of this work is to study political legislation cycle in the legislative system of the Czech Republic. Obtained results suggest that elections timing has certain impact on legislation activity. As electoral term matures and upcoming elections are getting closer an increase is observed in the legislation activity.
