Analysis of educational needs of teachers at high school

1 ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the educational needs of adults in professional education, specifically focuses on the analysis of the educational needs of grammar school teachers, which the student choses for the implementation of research. Today, the further education of pedagogical staff is a much-discussed topic, as one of the goals of the Strategie 2030+ document is to transform schools into learning organizations. But before a educational program can be determined, educational needs must be analyzed and identified. Therefore, the aim of the diploma thesis is primarily to analyze and identify the educational needs of grammar school teachers and then to design a program for their implementation. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is based on the study of professional literature and other available sources. Analysis of educational needs of assistants to pedagogues at elementary schools of municipality with extended competence Otrokovice

The present Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and identification of the training needs of the teaching assistants at elementary schools in the territory of the municipality with extended powers (MEP) Otrokovice. The purpose of the Bachelor thesis is to identify the training needs of the teaching assistants working at primary schools in MEP Otrokovice. The theoretical section defines the starting points associated with the training in an organization, the training need analysis, the term "teaching assistant", its legislative support and job duties. The empirical section uses content analysis of documents and a survey to examine the training needs of teaching assistants in the selected territory. The result of the survey is the identification of teaching assistants' training needs in the municipality with extended powers Otrokovice. The consent analysis of documents provided information about the activities required as job duties from employees by head teachers. Comparison of the educational needs of school managers and non school managers

The topic of this diploma's thesis is comparison of the educational needs of school managers and managers from the private business sector. The theoretical part deals with concept of management, the definition of school management and specifics of school. It also focuses on managers, education of managers, including educational needs, their identification and saturation through further education. The aim of the research part is to identify educational needs and phenomena associated with them and the subsequent comparison between schools and non-school managers. The core of the thesis is qualitative research conducted by semistructured interview with four representatives of school management and four representatives of non school management. During the subsequent analysis were used the principles of grounded theory. Identified fields of educational needs are very similar in both groups, significant differences were identified in the phenomena related to educational needs. Educational needs of kindergarten's headmasters at different stages of their careers

The bachelor thesis deals with educational needs of kindergarten headmasters in different stages of their professional practice and with opportunities of further education for these workers. Considering the scope of the topic, this broad subject is narrowed down to the kindergarten headmasters in the region of Ústí nad Labem and training opportunities in the region. The theoretical part is based on technical literature applicable laws and regulations, various internet sources and also on our own experience. The basis for the research part was a questionnaire survey and its subsequent evaluation. The work gives an insight into the diversity of educational needs of kindergarten headmasters at the beginning of their professional practice and in the end of it. It also answers the question, whether there is sufficient offer of further education even for workers with years of experience in management of kindergartens. The bachelor thesis attempts to survey and compare educational needs, opinions and experience of people employed in various fields of school management regarding the application of employment and labour law. The aim of the practical part is to determine whether and how the management's educational needs concerning employment and labour law differ depending on the type of school. The research findings might contribute to efficient labour law teaching and learning.
