Tématem předkládané diplomové práce je komparace vzdělávacích potřeb u školských manažerů a manažerů ze soukromého podnikatelského sektoru. Teoretická část se zabývá pojetím managementu, vymezením školského managementu a specifiky školy. Dále se zaměřuje na řídící pracovníky, vzdělávání řídících pracovníků, včetně vzdělávacích potřeb, jejich identifikace a uspokojování prostřednictvím dalšího vzdělávání. Cílem výzkumné části je identifikace vzdělávacích potřeb a jevů, které s nimi souvisejí a následná komparace mezi školskými a neškolskými manažery. Jádrem práce je kvalitativní výzkumné šetření realizované technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se čtyřmi zástupci školského a čtyřmi zástupci neškolského managementu, při jejichž následné analýze byly využity principy zakotvené teorie. Identifikované oblasti vzdělávacích potřeb jsou u obou zkoumaných skupin velmi podobné, významné rozdíly však byly identifikovány v jevech, které souvisí se vzdělávacími potřebami. The theoretical part deals with concept of management, the definition of school management and specifics of school. It also focuses on managers, education of managers, including educational needs, their identification and saturation through further education. The aim of the research part is to identify educational needs and phenomena associated with them and the subsequent comparison between schools and non-school managers. The core of the thesis is qualitative research conducted by semistructured interview with four representatives of school management and four representatives of non school management. During the subsequent analysis were used the principles of grounded theory. Identified fields of educational needs are very similar in both groups, significant differences were identified in the phenomena related to educational needs.
