Tender for the academic staff at the university

The bachelor thesis deals with the description of the selection process for an academic at the university. In the theoretical part, the reader will familiarize with the personnel activities in the organization, including the recruitment of job seekers, pre-selection and selection of workers. This part of the thesis describes the methods of employee selection and the stage of the personnel selection process. The work also defines a college (university) and specifies an academic worker - a college worker. The research part of the thesis focuses on a detailed assessment of the selection process for university graduates. The research was carried out on a sample of public universities in the Czech Republic. Interviews were held with the staff responsible for the selection process at universities (Personnel Department staff). Further knowledge on this issue was gained through direct participation in the selection process for academic staff taking place at some universities. This bachelor thesis provides detailed information from the area of human resources management with focusing on process of selecting and recruiting employees in the selec-ted company XYZ Ltd. (private limited company), from candidates' application to final assessment in the interview. This bachelor thesis contains a brief description of characteristics of the company, it's ogranizational structure and recruitment procedure of new employees as it is realized in the selected company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the current situation of personal activities, especially of selecting and recruiting employees, and suggest mea-sures leading to effective work in a new staff recruitment.

The bachelor thesis deals with human resources in the company, especially with personnel activities and recruitment. The aim is to describe the processes of recruiting and selecting of workers in the global organization and after that to propose provision for improvement. The theoretical part is about the characteristics of the concept of human resources management, mainly focused on the professional acquisition and selection of workers. The practical part deals with information about these process, which are compared with theoretical knowledge. At the end of the thesis are proposed provision for the selected company.
Trainee programs for managerial and technical positions: Analysis of specific programs, and case studies of selected organizations

This thesis deals with the topic of trainee programs in the Czech Republic and focuses on a case study of selected organization, which is FARMTEC a.s. The aim of the work is to provide an overview of trainee programs in the Czech Republic and to evaluate the newly introduced trainee program in FARMTEC a. s. The first part defines the concepts and personnel activities associated with trainee programs. The thesis has two parts. In the first part, on the selected sample of companies and on the basis of the selected criteria, a trainee program analysis is carried out which provides an overview of the current situation in the field of trainee programs. The second part describes and evaluates the newly introduced trainee program at FARMTEC a.s. Based on its evaluation, suggestions for improvements are made, which relate to the promotion, the length and content of the program, the evaluation of the success of the program and its participants.
Recruitment and selection of pedagogical employees in kindergarten

The diploma thesis deals with the personnel management practices of recruitment and selection of employees. The theoretical part provides a brief description of the development of human resources management and an outline of the constituent personnel management practices. The steps undertaken by an organisation in the process of recruitment of employees are described thoroughly, from identifying job openings till designing and publishing a job advertisement. The main methods of employee selection are mentioned, followed by a more detailed description of the selection interview. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the field of pre-primary education. It examines the current circumstances of recruitment and selection of pedagogical employees in selected kindergartens in Prague. It investigates which methods and techniques are used in these personnel management practices and it scrutinizes the factors that influence them. The results of the inquiry show that the recruitment and selection of pedagogues are executed on an adequate level in the selected schools. Analysis of the Use of Social Network Sites in Personnel Management

The thesis deals with methods of using social networking sites in personnel management. The social networking sites (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) and their usable instruments are presented. The attention is focused on the factors that influence their use, such as the labour market situation or the specifics of Generation Y. The possibilities of using social networking sites including benefits and limits of this use are presented in the field of personnel planning, recruitment, selection and development of employees, based on the study of foreign scientific literature. A part of the thesis is a qualitative survey of the use of online social networking sites in personnel management. Methods of using online social networks in the personnel departments of large organizations based in Prague were investigated by using interviews. The common and different features of the use of online social networks in the Czech Republic and abroad arise from the comparison of the results of investigation and findings mentioned in foreign articles.
Ethical aspects of employing social networks in the recruitment process

This thesis deals with ethical aspects of employing social networks in personnel management. Selected social networks with their benefits and limits in this field are presented. It is focused on the recruitment and selection processes from the ethical point of view and possible risks of using social networks. The thesis is based on previous findings mostly from foreign scientific sources. The attitude of human resources specialists to using social networks in the recruitment process is discussed. In a qualitative survey, the attitude of human resources specialists from organizations and from recruitment companies is compared to find out possible differences.
Personal risks at director's work in nursery school

The final thesis deals with human resources, which is one of the basic management functions. Knowledge of the basic managerial functions is an important prerequisite for high-quality managerial skills of a kindergarten principal. It is important to point out that the kindergarten management is currently much more responsible for running of the kindergarten than in the past. The thesis involves an analysis of the current status of the selected HR activities - recruitment, adaptation of employees and thier assessment, training and development. It aims to describe the personal risks for a kindergarten principal and it proposes changes for improvement. The main method selected for achieving the set objectives is to survey kindergarten managers. Additional technique is an interview. The first part of this thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge in the field of HR at two different levels - basic ine and one that focuses on education. The second, practical part, analyses the process of selected HR activities,describes possible HR risks and summarizes research problem, including proposed changes for improvement.

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysing the process of recruitment and personnel selection of school headmaster. The goal is to review the process of recruitment and personnel selection of school headmaster in the Liberec region and make proposals for a school founders. The theoretical part gives concepts of human resource management and bankruptcy proceedings. The practical part of the thesis includes research via questionnaire and document analysis. Based on the data of research are suggested recommendations for the school's founder. The main recommendation is to expand the criteria for the selection of school headmaster.
