Slivková, Barbora ; Kašpar, Ladislav (advisor) ; Suchý, Jiří (referee)
This thesis deals with the teaching of individual athletic disciplines in schools that do not have athletic facilities. The aim of the work was to compile a stack of athletic exercises that can be used for teaching by all teachers who do not have suitable facilities to teach athletics, but also by teachers who are looking for new ideas and inspiration for athletics-oriented physical education classes indoors and outdoors. The research method was a non-standardized questionnaire survey, whose respondents were Prague physical education teachers at the second level of primary school, from whom, in addition to information about the availability of teaching aids and the teaching environment, it was also asked what exercises they use to teach athletics in limited conditions. These exercises, along with exercises from the literature and internet resources, became the content of a stack that was designed to contain exercises that can be used in a variety of settings to teach all of the different core athletic disciplines. In total, the stack contains 61 exercises, 39 from the literature and internet resources and 22 from the responses to the...

The control group (n=36) consisted of participants who either did no sport or did any sport other than parkour. The standardized test battery Unifittest (6-60) was used to objectively evaluate the effect of parkour on positive change in physical fitness. The influence of ontogenesis in the younger school age was checked using Brauer body development index (KEI method).
