[cze][eng] Název práce: Pokračování atletické kariéry absolventů sportovních tříd vybrané školy Cíle: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je identifikace faktorů, které mohou působit na brzké ukončení atletické kariéry. Metody: V práci je využito kvalitativního výzkumu v podobě interview s vedoucím sportovních tříd vybrané školy a kvantitativního výzkumu, který má podobu dotazníku, který byl zaslán absolventům sportovních tříd vybrané školy. Výsledky: Nejdůležitějšími důvody, proč absolventi skončili s atletikou, jsou zájmy o jiné aktivity, zranění, časová náročnost atletiky, přestup na střední školu, obecně málo času a rozpad kolektivu. Aims: The main aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to identify the factors that may influence the early termination of an athletic career. Methods: The thesis uses qualitative research in the form of an interview with the head of the sports classes of the selected school and quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire that was sent to the graduates of the sports classes of the selected school. Results: The main reasons why graduates quit athletics are interests in other activities, injuries, the time commitment of athletics, transferring to high school, generally not enough time, and the breakup of a group.
