Parish development Lysá nad Labem and Milovice in the years 1985-2006

The work describes the life of the parishes in Lysá nad Labem and Milovice term of demographis changes, changes in the composition of the population, changes in kontent and style of pastoral work and he history of parishes. It describes the involvement of laity in pastoral work, the development of cultural and social life in the parishes over the years 1985-2006 with respekt to charles in society dutiny that period and in connection with the departure of Societ troops from our territory.
The Adult as a Catechesis Participant and Recipient

The title of the thesis is "The Adult as a Catechesis Participant and Recipient". The first part of the thesis introduces the issue of adult catechesis. It describes the ways in which the Church has, since its beginning (in its original practice), strived to tackle this phenomenon and provides an overview of the most important magisterial documents related to this topic. It also outlines the current challenges faced by the Church. Subsequently, attention is given to the prerequisites which an adult as a recipient and co-worker in the catechetical process should meet. Besides considering the current scientific psychological view of general human maturity, the thesis deals with the dynamics of faith development and its maturation. Furthermore the thesis outlines the goals of adult catechesis as well as the subsequent work which is crucial to continuing education. Finally, the thesis outlines the pastoral-catechetical view of adults.
God exists. What am I gonna do with it? - the Process of Religious Conversion in the Catholic Church until Baptism from Perspective of Converts Experience

The aim of this thesis is to differentiate what the converts consider before the official baptism to the Roman Catholic Church. The thesis focuses mainly on the actual experience of religious conversion of young people who have registered in the course of preparation for baptism. The data are thus obtained in the course of the year and a half of the course and the data consists of interviews, field notes from the course and discussions. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of the concept of religious conversion, describing the views of the psychology of religion and the presentation of models of religious conversion with a more detailed analysis of the model of Lewis R. Rambo. The empirical part of the thesis consists of data analysis, which includes qualitative method of interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). Data are compartmentalized into overarching categories related to the objectives of the thesis. Throughout the data analysis, the process of religious conversion of respondents is compared with the aim of L. R. Rambo. The results of the thesis support an attitude that religious conversion is a long-term process, not one sudden event. The Impact of Laudato's Encyclical letter on the Life and Pastoral Care of the Chemin Neuf Community

The diploma thesis examines the influence of the Laudato si' encyclical on the life and pastoral care of the Chemin Neuf Community. The thesis consists of three chapters. In the initial part of the content, the encyclical is studied as for its structure, fundamental topics and principles (three of them are further analysed in Chapter 3). In the second chapter, the Chemin Neuf Community is introduced. This part of the thesis deals not only with the historical context of the Community formation, but also with its spirituality, vocation and emphasis on ministration. The author also offers a diachronic view on the Community's response to different social and environmental topics communicated in Laudato si' both before and after the encyclical was published. Chapter 3 gives an analysis of certain selected principles contained in the encyclical with special impact on the life and pastoral care of the Chemin Neuf Community. Specifically, it describes the influence of these principles on the Community's work for Christian unity, parish ministration and formation of novices.

Master's thesis called Spirituality of Faithful Women in Pregnancy and after the Birth focuses on meaning of spirituality, expressing of spirituality and possible transformation of women's spirituality in pregnancy and after the birth. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part contains three chapters. The aim of the first chapter is to define the term of spirituality. It deals with spirituality as a dimension of personality, and spirituality as a need. This part also presents the seven dimensions of Christian spirituality, spirituality of women and the spirituality of motherhood. The second chapter describes the term of pregnancy, childbirth and the period after the birth from the perspective of a holistic approach. The third chapter focuses on spirituality in pregnancy and after the birth. This part contains biblical-theological perspective of pregnancy and childbirth and includes the Roman Catholic Church point of view. The research part of the thesis uses a qualitative social science approach with biographical research design. This bachelor thesis entitled The Question of Human Identity and its Understanding in Orthodox and Evangelical Tradition - the Visions of Olivier Clément and Stanley Grenz is dealing with the topic of human identity in the means of Christian theology, particularly in the perception of Orthodox and Evangelical tradition. The key authors in this thesis are Olivier Clément and Stanley Grenz, both representing one of the particular Christian traditions. The thesis deals with the question of human identity through the theological approach of both of the authors, which is set in the broader context of their work. The particular emphases are expressed within the framework of theological anthropology, and discussed with the terms characteristic for systematic theology. Furthermore, the thesis emphasizes theological analysis and subsequent critical reflection of the question of human identity, with the goal of establishing space for critical thinking about this topic, and with possible inspiration for the following research of the question of human identity.
Renewal of the Augustinian Lay Community in the Czech Republic after 1989

The thesis Renewal of the Augustinian Lay Community in the Czech Republic after 1989 deals with the renewal of religious life in Augustinian laymen communities in the Czech Republic that started in the last decade of the 20th century. The development of this renewal is pursued against the backdrop of political and social changes in the Czech society, and in the Catholic Church in general. The Order of St. Augustine, its history, monastic rules, and spirituality, including its lay community, are introduced briefly too. A comparison of religious life both in the Czech Republic and in Italy, where it took place continuously for centuries, helps clarify the process of renewal.

Master's thesis is devoted to the topic of urban planning and the city of Rome. The aim of the thesis is to explore the ways of depicting urbanism in contemporary fine arts, forms and topics in which it is presented. Furthermore, the essential part of the work is the history of urbanism, the principles and deviations of urbanism and especially the Eternal City (Rome). As far as Rome is concerned, the author discusses her foundations, the growth of the city from the very beginning of the foundation, the influences of urbanism, the demonstration of the characteristics of the ancient "urbe" and how today's contemporary artists solve new ways of urbanization, or how and in what way they are inspired by Roman cities? An important element of the cities is not only the city planning itself, but also its Genius loci, the spirit of the place, the author separates and explores the cities of the day and the night cities and explores what are their differences in character. The stories are created during special events. Environment, music, lights and duration of the events set outlines of the stories. Purpose is to raise sensitivity to all critters.
