The object of metropolitan significance on the street Benesova Brno

With regard to the surrounding buildings there is designed a seven-floor terraced metropolitan object, within one floor is in the underground. A new metropolitan centre with conference halls, also possible to use for lectures, city balls or social evenings. Within the obejct, there is turistical information centre with permanent exposition of Brno, Moravia, too. There is also a gallery, snack bar, café, outlook from the highest floor and complementary areas. A big park connects to the building.

The project addresses the design of student housing for two hundred students, design the canteen with the issuance of 800 lunches per day. The proposal must also provide adequate capacity for underground parking spaces. The building is situated on the corner plot between the streets of Vídeňská and Táborského nábřeží. It is designed as a tri-wing design with an internal atrium, open towards the waterfront. Atrium is meant as the main venue for meeting and communicating accommodated students. The building has two floors underground and seven above-ground floors.
Upbringing and education in the Martin Buber's work as dialog in the method of the encounter and the talk

The diploma thesis pursues problems of the philosophy of dialog in the 20th century with putting emphasis on this philosophy in the Martin Buber's work. Firstly this thesis pursues the term itself. Shortly it focuses on the Buber's contemporaries, namely Ferdinand Ebner and Franz Rosenzweig, who pursued simile problems. Then its attention will be focused on the Martin Buber's personality, describing his life, with putting emphasis on his Jewish roots of thinking. Next, the Buber's point of view on the philosophy of dialog will be analyzed as the encounter and talk. This is done on the base of the analysis of his work. Next aim is to Conner his way of dialog with relation to upbringing and encounter. There will be ilustrated concrete examples on the base of his work, where is shown the Buber's way of thinking specifically. The thesis reached the conclusion how to use the Martin Buber's work in the today's world with the aid of analysis, compilation and hermeneutic. Reflection of the Work of two Groups of Children in the Art Studio in one Year

This baccalaureate thesis deals with the description and subsequent evaluation of my work with two groups of children in an art studio in the course of one school year. In the theoretical part I také a look into the recent history of interest in the chidren´s drawing, followed by the description of the development of visual imaging and a short chapter about art therapy with children. In the practical part I descibe my work in a private art studio and characteristics of the two groups of children. Different atmosphere in bothgroups is documented by the case studies of two girls, supported by pictures and their interpretation. In conclusion fundamental questions of work with a group of children in a studio with art therapy added value, based on my own experience.

Bachelor Thesis The Character and Changes of Josef Čapek's Fiction deals with selected literary work of Josef Čapek. It refers to motives and technique which pervades the author's literary production. Further it outlines Čapek's artistic development. Last but not least it indicates a connection between his literary work, his fine art work and his reflection essays on art.
Between monologue and dialogue: An interpretation of Buber's book I and Thou

This paper is devoted to a critical analysis of the book I and Thou in the attempt to identify the main points of the dialogical philosophy as presented by Martin Buber. The introductory passages present the background of the book in terms of time (the era after WWI), cultural background (the influence of Hasidism), or the history of philosophy (an opposition to immanentism, monism, idealism, transcendental philosophy etc.). The main goal of the following interpretation is to try to understand man as a person in his complex existential situation, i.e. through his potential relationships or objectifying attitudes to the world. Being is described as a dual structure either of the basic pair of words I-Thou or of the basic pair of words I-It. As opposed to the usual use of the term, dialogue is defined as a specific interaction of man and the remaining world metaphorically expressible by the structure of addressing-responding. By this scheme, the characteristic reciprocity and direct continuity is expressed. The dialogue is also placed in the area "between" I and Thou, which mediates the genuine, immediate and transcendental knowledge constituting the reality.
