Market analysis is made primarily by questionnaires, analysis of price sensitivity and analysis of the target segment of the addressed people on the internet.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of customer satisfaction with services of providing internet access of Infos Art s.r.o. in Prostějov. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part of the thesis is focused on a theoretical basis. The second part of the thesis includes analysis of the company and then customer satisfaction survey. The last part of this thesis includes proposals to improve customer satisfaction.

The diploma thesis is focused on consumption taxes in the European Union, their changes and impacts on limiting harmful consumption. The author of the diploma thesis examines the level and change of consumption tax rates in EU countries, the development of average and median wages, prices of goods of harmful consumption and the costs caused by harmful consumption. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out whether it is possible to effectively reduce consumption by increasing tax rates. The secondary goal is to define the amount of consumption taxes in the EU, to find out prices and wages. In the Czech Repub-lic, find out the level of consumption, calculate the elasticity of demand and compare the results with the results of a questionnaire survey. Based on the findings, evaluate the effectiveness of the tax policy and propose measures.

Title: Consequences of government measures on the possibilities of leading a training process in ice hockey Objectives: The aim of this work is to find out how ice hockey coaches reacted to government restrictions due to the covid-19 pandemic. To present the work of an ice hockey coach in difficult conditions and to try to estimate the impact of the infectious disease covid - 19 on youth hockey in the Czech Republic. Another goal of this work is to find out the opinion on the measures taken during the pandemic and to manage and organize training at times when it was not possible to attend winter stadiums and other indoor sports facilities. The partial goal of this work is to find out how the coaches of youth categories U10-U12 are educated and how they are qualified to perform the job of ice hockey coach. Methods: At the beginning, a literary search was made on the basis of available sources, which come from professional publications, journals from verified sources, articles from the Webofknowledge portal, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Scopus, and initially I intended to use some diploma and bachelor theses, but due to that the coronavirus pandemic took place relatively recently, so many final papers on ice hockey training during a pandemic have not yet been published. Vliv pandemie Covidu-19 na pohybové aktivity u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on physical activities in patients with multiple sclerosis. The aim of this study was to describe how the emergency caused by the Covid-19 pandemic affected patients with multiple sclerosis. For this purpose, a questionnaire was used, which was provided to patiens with multiple sclerosis via social networks, especially Facebook, and via email communication. The results of this bachelor's thesis show that 52% of respondents were not affected by the physical activities of the Covidu-19 pandemic. In most patients, their physical fitness deteriorated or did not change during the Covid-19 pandemic, and only 8% improved their physical fitness. It also emerged that with each subsequent wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of respondents who engaged in regular physical activity or exercise decreased more than before the Covid-19 pandemic. Almost half of the respondents (48%) stated that they do not go to regular physiotherapist therapies, so they could not notice any change here. Those who receive regular therapies stated in 98% that they did not notice any change in physiotherapy treatment. Only 2% discontinued therapy. This bachelor thesis can be used to acquaint the public with the disease multiple sclerosis. Also to acquaint the public with the related current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on the physical activities of patients with multiple sclerosis.

Titule: Children's motor skills in track and field (children 6-9 years) Student: Jana Javůrková Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims: One of the objectives of this work was the determination of the physical readiness and motion level of primary school children with the aid of five purposely selected motor tests. The research was conducted among the group of children of athletic prep. The results were compared with tabulated values in literature. Simultaneously was monitored the relationship between performances and measured body weight and hight of monitored children. Using the questionnaire were recorded the attitudes of children to sport, to other physical activities and last but not least, athletic disciplines from the point of view of popularity. Methodology: For the purpose of this thesis was evaluated a total of n = 28 children of primary school age, which were divided into two groups according to age, 6-7 years old (year of birth 2006-2005) and 8-9 years (year of birth 2004-2003). Methods: I used a variety of methods in my thesis, the most relevant of which are the questionnaire methods or for example the sociogram method and interview. Results: The results of my work revealed both positive and negative aspects. The thesis shows that many things can be improved in this team, for example relationships and qualities of each player. On the other hand, many of the relationship connections are mutual and many of the players are aware of her roles in this team. Analysis of Pardubice micro-region's transport service

Diploma thesis provides a comprehensive viewpoint at transport services in the Pardubice region, both in terms of public transport supply and demand from people at it. One of the key objectives of this work is to find the influence of characteristics on the selection of mode of transport used by the people to get to work and school at the municipal level. In addition to analysis based on secondary data there is a part of this thesis, which evaluates questionnaire study, particularly in relation to the previous analysis. This comparison of two views, first based on objective statistics data and second based on the subjective view of the reference population of the region, is one of the main values of this study.

Title: Quality of physical education at TJ Slavoj Český Brod z. s. Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to assess the quality of services provided by TJ Slavoj Český Brod. Suggestions for improvements will be put forward based upon any findings. The aim is to increase the quality of physical education and as a result also increase the contentment of club members. Methods: Primary source of data was a modified QUESC questionnaire provided to the customers of TJ Slavoj Český Brod z. s. The customers had an opportunity to submit their answers at the receptions of selected sport centers, during their training or sent in an electronic form. Additional research data was collected through semi structured interviews with the management of TJ Slavoj Český Brod, with the heads of individual divisions and through other available records. Results: Based upon the overall results it can be concluded that the members of TJ Slavoj Český Brod are satisfied with the provided services. The gap between the expected and perceived quality of service was analyzed and the results are presented per criteria as a mean gap of each given criterion: atmosphere - environment (-0,2), staff attitude (-0,39), reliability (-0,07), information availability (-0,38), program selection (-0,14), price (-0,02), safety (-0,39)...
