Motivation and Stimulation of Entrepreneur

The object of my diploma thesis deals with motivation and stimulation of entrepreneurs and influences upon their job performance. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of terminology, such as motivation, stimulation, sources of motivation but also on different stimulating means which help to increase motivation. The practical part concentrates on a research among entrepreneurs where the data are collected by personal interviews. Furthermore, the data are analyzed and the observed results offer recommendations to the entrepreneurs who will most probably increase the level of their motivation as well as stimulation as a consequence.
Proposal of Employees Evaluation and Remuneration System in the Selected Company

This bachelor's thesis deals with appraising employee performance and subsequent possibly way of their remuneration. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one deals with theoretical knowledge from the sector of evaluation and remuneration of employees. The second one contains an analysis of the current situation in the company and the third one a proposal for the improvement and economic evaluation of the proposed solution.

This thesis “Proposal for an Employee Assessment System“ deals with a proposal for workers` evaluation including rewards and workers` professional development. The assessment and reward system is a very efficient motivation factor. Hence this system needs to be just and absolutely clear to the workers. Based on an analysis of a current state in the company described in the practical part of this thesis, I shall propose a new and more efficient assessment system.

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on staff evaluation problems. At the theoretical level it is focused on special knowledge and the latest trends in the area of staff evaluation. On the basis of literary survey there is analysed and consequently evaluated the current system of evaluation in an engineering company. The analytical part contains also the staff opinion research concerning the current system of evaluation. On the basis of background research there is elaborated an improvement suggestion of the evaluation system, which aims to contribute to more effective way of leading the job performance.

This bachelor thesis deals with a system of benefits of Bosch Diesel Ltd. company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first of them is about primary conception regarding employees' motivation, their rewarding and primarily employees' benefits. In the other part is specifically analyzed the current state of the chosen company. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is proposal of changes in benefit system.
The forms and methods of motivation in construction industry

This thesis on „Form and methods in construction“ is focused on satisfaction and motivation of employees from UNISTAV a.s. company. In theoretical part I focus on the most important and generally accepted theory of motivation. I also mention forms of motivation and also methods which can be used by managers in construction to challenge and stimulate their employees to perform better and to identify goals of individuals with goals of company. In the last part I introduce relevant information about studied company. As an example for empirical part of work, based on working hypothesis I created two questionnaires. On for ordinary customer and second one for managers. I also studied opinions on company communications and corporate culture in general. One of the main benefits of this thesis is, that it clearly defines weak and strong spots relative to the chosen topic. It also compares views of employees and their managers. From these findings I constructed series of solutions and recommendations. For convenience I show my findings in form of simple graphs.

The subject of the submitted thesis is an influence of motivation and stimulation in a company on the labour performance of its employees. The thesis specifies a definition of terms such as motivation and stimulation, determinates motivational sources and stimulants in a company. It analyses the situation of the Backer Elektro CZ Comp.. The aim is to evaluate used motivational resources and to find out how the employees are satisfied with basic motivational factors. In the conclusion of this thesis the changes which should contribute to a higher motivation of the company employees are suggested.

The subject of the thesis "The system of remuneration in the chosen company" analyzes the current state of rewards and benefits in the company MARS Svratka as part of its remuneration system. It also defines their role and meaning and at the end it suggests possible recommendations which may lead to higher satisfaction of employees. The theoretical part focuses on findings from literature and it mainly addressed the motivation of employees and their remuneration. The practical part consists of an analysis of the current state of the company on its basis are outlined the results the recommendations for the company.

The system of evaluating and rewarding employees is a part of human resources management in developing companies. To analyze the current system of evaluating and rewarding the employees of the company KELLER, is the aim of this thesis - special creation of Ltd and creation of better motivation plan to increase their working efficiency. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are processed literary sources and information on the topic of evaluating and rewarding employees. The practical part concurs theoretical knowledge of employees evaluation and reward and makes suggestions and recommendations to create a new system according to company needs with an effort to improve the way of employees evaluation and reward.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with stress and the impact of stress on employees in the services of companies in the city of Brno. The goal of this thesis is to pro-pose methods for employees to reduce the impact of a work stress during their duty. Reducing employee stress will increase work satisfaction and motivation. The literary research of the thesis utilizes professional literature on work stress, types of stress, and consequences on personal and work life (work-life bal-ance). The analytical part is divided into two units. The first part consists of a quantitative solution focused on work stress among employees in lower levels of hospitality. The second part consists of qualitative interviews with four owners or managers of various gastronomic establishments in the city of Brno.
