Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem hodnocení pracovníků a následným možným způsobem jejich odměňování. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část pojednává o teoretických poznatcích z oblasti hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu ve společnosti a třetí část návrh na jeho zlepšení a ekonomické zhodnocení navrhovaného řešení. This bachelor's thesis deals with appraising employee performance and subsequent possibly way of their remuneration. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one deals with theoretical knowledge from the sector of evaluation and remuneration of employees. The second one contains an analysis of the current situation in the company and the third one a proposal for the improvement and economic evaluation of the proposed solution.
