This bachelor´s thesis deal with structure of internal culture of SolidVision company and its influence on the effective performance of employees. It points out the problems of the company and explains how these problems affects running of the company and effectiveness of the work. It includes suggestions, procedures and recommendations for improving the company´s culture, which can lead to the better prosperity and more effective work.
Suggestion of Manager´s Working Group Uniting Procedure

This thesis analyses problems related to the creation of the working team coupled with the process of it’s members‘ cohesion. The theoretical part of the work contains an introduction and explanation of basic concepts related to given issues. In particular, we look at the issue of the manager's personality, the theory of social Gross, work teams, styles of leadership and management teams. The last chapter contains general recommendations of basic skills in the approach of managers and management teams. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the investigation file, the analysis of the facto. The aim of the project is to design such a manager process strategy, which leads to team cohesion thereby increasing work efficiency.
Relationship between attachment style and sociometric status in working group

The content of this bachelor thesis is an insight into the topic of attachment in the workplace. It is examined wheter there is a statistical significant relationship between attachment style and sociometric status. The research set consists of 8 teams and 7 of them is from the commercial sphere. In this work was used quantitative design and the data was collected through a questionnaire. The basic premise of the study was that individuals with low avoidance and anxiousness scores higher in popularity and influence in the collective. Identity of Man-Nurse in Relation to Working Group

This paper is concerned with the issue of men working as male nurses (common attendant) in relation to their working group. I'm introducing three different points of view in the theoretical part, how can this issue be seen. First of them, the nursing view (leagal definition of profession), second one is the psychological view (the field of professional identity and its involving factors) and the third view is a social-psychological view (gender and its meaning for nursing profession). In the empiric part I'm presenting two case studies of common attendants, which results mainly from semistructured interviews with common attendants, their subordinate, superiors and sociometric important persons. The influence style of the manager's leadership on the work environment at the Agency for Human Resources of the Army of the Czech Republic

The main subject of the diploma thesis is analysis and an analysis of management styles and an impact on a working environment, interpersonal relationships and a work activities performance of employees at the Human Resources Agency of the Army of the Czech Republic. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on theoretical aspects of the issue. It defines the basic concepts of management theory, concepts related to employee leadership and provides an overview of approaches to employees based on leadership styles. At the same time, within the psychology of work, the area of employee motivation, their evaluation and remuneration is presented. Theoretical part of the diploma thesis is at the same time defines the concept of work environment, during which interpersonal relationships at the workplace are further defined. The second part diploma thesis describes the Human Resources Agency, its organizational structure, including the definition of the scope of individual departments and sections and on the basis of a sociological survey using a questionnaire and conducting a guided interview, the influence of the applied leadership style of individual department heads as a manager on the work environment and interpersonal relationships is analyzed. Influence of the working group on the motivation of general nurses and health care asistants

Bachelor thesis of "Influence of the working group on the motivation of general Nurses health care assistants" is devoted to the current topic of searching for a solution of the lack of non-medical health workers, which has the effect of restricting the operation of the bedside departments of healthcare facilities. The theoretical part brings together the related topics: motivation theory, working group, work satisfaction and related factors. Management focuses its attention on the job satisfaction and motivation of general and practical nurses to satisfy their needs. The work satisfaction of non-medical health workers reduces their fluctuation and, consequently, the costs associated with the adaptation process of newly recruited staff. The practical part clarifies the priorities and needs of non-medical health workers based on the analysis of the results of the survey, it puts them in the context of work satisfaction, relations at the workplace and reflections on the change of employment.
