"Large" amendment to the Act on the promotion of electricity production from renewable energy sources and its impact on practice
Tzenkov, Ivan ; Štěpánek, Petr (advisor) ; Černý, Pavel (referee)
This Bachelor Degree Final Paper deals with the legal support of the development of renewable energy sources in the Czech Republic especially in view of the solar industry. The text includes an overview of basic legal norms of the area before and after the Czech Republic's accession to the European Union, relationship of legislation to unleashing a solar revolution and the impacts of the situation on business conditions in the industry. Next part is devoted to the amendment of the fundamental statute remedying the unstable situation, as well as to the new prepared statute, which will integrate the area of renewable energy sources into a single piece of legislation. The conclusion examines the impacts of legislative changes on the owners of solar power plants and also considers the investment opportunities for persons interested in photovoltaics.
Solar Boom in the Czech republic, Economical Contexts and Effects on Nature
Votavová, Martina ; Kouba, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Šulcová, Irena (referee)
The diploma thesis "Solar Boom in the Czech republic, Economical Contexts and Effects on Nature" is focused on a big raise of number of photovoltaics in Czech republic in last two years. This work informs about the present state of the use of solar energy in the Czech Republic, about the government interventions, about the economic and geographic conditions of solar energy in our republic. Diploma also analysis causes of solar boom and its effects on investors, on final customers and also on nature in case of land -- use planning. The end is dedicated to a case study of an exact plant (of its construction in the Czech republic). The main purpose of this study is to summarize economical and investment indicators and to introduce topic of the project of photovoltaics.
Legislative and Economic Problems of Solar Energetics in the Czech Republic
Knězů, Kristýna ; Hadrabová, Alena (advisor) ; Dvořák, Antonín (referee)
This work discusses the development of solar energy exploitation in Czech republic and partially in Germany. It contains basic definitions of terms in the area of renewable energy sources, such as solar energy, fotovoltaic powrplants etc. In next part it describes development of solar systems in Czech republic and birth of legislation that regulates it. The main part of the work analyzes status quo of solar systems in Czech republic, especially in relation to continuous development of legislative environment. Equal attention is paid to solar energy evolution in Germany and its simmilarities with Czech environment. Based on these findings potential trends are outlined.
Confrotation of an alternative energy in rural and urban teritorry in south bohemia region
GLASER, Tomáš
This diploma work refers to the subject the Confrotation of an alternative energy in rural and urban teritorry in south bohemia region and the real potential of EU support for the use of alternative sources of alternative energy. Comparing the situation in urban and rural population and the strategy of alternative energy sources.
Photo-Electrochemical Properties of Hierarchical Nanocomposite Structure: Carbon Nanofibers/TiO2/ZnO Thin Films
Hubička, Zdeněk ; Kment, Štěpán ; Gregora, Ivan ; Čada, Martin ; Olejníček, Jiří ; Klusoň, Petr ; Petras, D. ; Krýsa, J. ; Jastrabík, Lubomír ; Dytrych, Pavel
In this contribution we report on photoelectrochemical functionality of the multilayers system consisting of CNF's/photoactive anatase TiO2/ conductive ZnO thin films. Recently the thin phthalocyanines films has been prepared and studied individually.

Study of morphologic, electronic and optoelectronic properties of organic heterostructures by AFM, KFM, CS-AFM and micro-Raman mapping.
The potential of hybrid solar heating and air-conditioning with the utilization of photovoltaics in the Czech Republic
Maršík, František ; Zima, Patrik ; Klomfar, Jaroslav
The paper investigates the potential of utilization of solar energy using hybrid PV/PT (photovoltaic/photothermal) solar panels for heating and air-conditioning in the Czech Republic. It provides thermodynamic analysis for flat panels suitable for integration into small buildings for household use. Two alternative thermodynamic cycles for hybrid heating and cooling are considered: compressor cycle and absorption water-ammonia cycle.
Business plan - photovoltaic power plant
Gula, Michal ; Filipová, Alena (advisor) ; Onofrej, Lukáš (referee)
In recent years, there are increasingly getting into a fore issues of renewable energy sources. According to its availability, the Sun is currently the best source of energy, which is in the meaning of mankind needs inexhaustible. This work describes photovoltaic as a profitable investment. It offers complete instructions on how to work towards your own photovoltaic system. The work provides us through all the steps from searching a suitable location to building. This work describes the legal conditions, the requirements of banks and at the end it focuses on most important interactions of input parameters for the monitoring of cash flow for our own investment.

Sýkorová, Žaneta ; Syrovátka, Oldřich (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee)
The aim of my study is to find out economic recovery of investment in solar technologies (photovoltaics) to a family house
Solar energy
Růžičková, Iveta ; Slavíková, Lenka (advisor) ; Jílková, Jiřina (referee)
One of the main features of the energetic policy of the European Union is the increasing percentage of renewable resources of energy. It is expected that by 2020 renewable resources will have increased to 20% in the European Union and renewable resources should reach 8% of the gross electric power consumption in the CR. Nowadays there are more technologies for energy production using renewable resources. Solar power stations are not widely used in the Czech Republic. Why is solar energy, if compared with other resources, used at the very minimum? Are there any economic conditions for the use of solar energy in the Czech Republic, considering the present technologies? Is that a perspective renewable resource of energy? This work informs about the present state of the use of solar energy in the Czech Republic, about the government interventions, about the economic and geographic conditions of solar energy in our republic, and the perspective of the use of solar power stations is evaluated.
