Tato práce pojednává o vývoji a problematice solární energie na území ČR a částečně SRN. Nejprve jsou v ní vysvětleny základní pojmy jako jsou obnovitelné zdroje energie, solární energie a fotovoltaické elektrárny. Dále se zabývá popisem historie vývoje solárních systémů na území České republiky a vznikající legislativy týkající se solární energie. Hlavní částí práce je analýza současného stavu solárních systémů na našem území především v souvislosti s dalším vývojem legislativního prostředí. Stejná pozornost je v práci věnována vývoji v SRN a jeho srovnání s vývojem u nás. Na základě zjištěných informací je v práci nastíněn možný budoucí vývoj v oblasti fotovoltaiky. This work discusses the development of solar energy exploitation in Czech republic and partially in Germany. It contains basic definitions of terms in the area of renewable energy sources, such as solar energy, fotovoltaic powrplants etc. In next part it describes development of solar systems in Czech republic and birth of legislation that regulates it. The main part of the work analyzes status quo of solar systems in Czech republic, especially in relation to continuous development of legislative environment. Equal attention is paid to solar energy evolution in Germany and its simmilarities with Czech environment. Based on these findings potential trends are outlined.
