Proposal for Creation of Optimal Company Structures

The thesis deals with the optimization of the use of corporate structures to increase the performance of the organization and the achievement of corporate objectives. The thesis analyzes the job in a company in terms of product characteristics, activities, conditions, actions and assumptions activities. The thesis includes an analysis of skills and competencies of individual employees. The design elements are formulated descriptions of new jobs and their integration into corporate structures, proposals for re-training, training and termination of employment with the company staff. The economic evaluation of the thesis are clearly summarized the calculations of costs and benefits.

My diploma thesis will serve as a manual for personnel managers in which forms and methods of control of employees will be summarized focused on mystery calling and mystery shopping. I will create a programme of fuzzy logic called OCCUPATIONAL INSPECTOR wherebly personnel managers will analyse and check their employees and therably save a part of financial resources which would otherwise be spent on external subject.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the proposal of recommendations for the enterprise Belve, s. r. o. in the area of workers' satisfaction with management, in order to eliminate weaknesses. Literary research contains basic knowledge for conducting an analysis in the field of leadership in the results of the work. The research was carried out through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with the management, according to which we determined the strengths and weaknesses, which were the basis for the recommendations. At the end, the recommendations were economically evaluated.
Professional development of human resources in selected organisation

This diploma thesis focuses on the professional development of HR Officers in a selected organization. The main goal is to find out and describe the approach of HR Officers in the selected organization to their own professional development. The presented work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, areas and terms related to the researched issue are defined. The first chapter deals with the field of personnel studies. Specifically, it is dedicated to HR Officers, their roles, HR activities, competencies and opportunities for further professional education. The second chapter focuses on the area of employee education and development. It deals with corporate education, systematic education, methods of education and development, and motivation and barriers in the further education of adults. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the methodology of the research investigation. For the purposes of the diploma thesis, a qualitative method was chosen, and a case study was chosen as the research design. Use of coaching as an educational method in business organizations

Considering the frequent and fast changes, technology development, new processes and globalization, education becomes more and more important. It impacts not only individuals but also organizations that need to have high quality employees who will be able to react to the changes and adapt to new conditions. To ensure process effectiveness, it is necessary to select appropriate educational methods when educating employees. This thesis deals with coaching, and its aim is to evaluate the possibility of using coaching as an educational method in business organization. In the theoretical part, the comparative and content-analysis methods were used and in the empirical part the data were collected through questionnaire and semi-structured and unstructured interviews. Research was executed among employees of business organizations, human resources personnel and managers who had experience with coaching. It was supplemented by an interview with a professional coach who provides coaching in organizations. The goal of the survey was to identify benefits of coaching for employee education and to detect its potential constraints. Discriminatory practices of recruiters in the job search process in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis aims to describe and reveal discriminatory practices faced by candidates in the labor market in the Czech Republic. Using perspective and point of view of recruiters introduces an innovative element in examining discriminatory practices. Attention is paid to particular methods of recruitment, as they vary greatly. Each of them is targeting a different group of candidates for a job. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is theoretical, it introduces readers to the legislative regulation and protection against discrimination in the Czech law system. It shows the human capital theory, theory of queues and signals and personalist agenda. The second section is methodological, defining data and data collection methods. Following part is devoted to research itself, it describes the identified data from interviews with communication partners, which are then interpreted in the context of the theoretical background. Research among recruiters is focused on finding the characteristics of the ideal job candidate, fairness of admission process, but also to the used discriminatory practices. Final section brings the most important findings.
Human Resources Management in a company

The goal of this thesis to judge the system of human resources managament in a company and to propose the changes for its improvement. Human resource management is one of the most important activities in a company. Its role is to lead people in such a way that goals and prospective future of the organization through their achievements are reached. This work deals with modern trends in human resources management which come to the forefront, for example outsourced services such as headhunters or work-life balance. The aim of the questionnaire method used in one company was to find out the satisfaction and wishes of the employees and on this basis to propose the changes the company management can introduce.
Analysis of HR Processes and HR Position in Czech Ice Hockey Extraleague Clubs

5 ABSTRACT There is fourteen ice-hockey clubs in the highest Czech professional ice-hockey league (called "Tipsport Extraliga"), but only two of them have a position of personalist in their organizational structure. This dissertation is aimed on the issue of HR operations administrated in terms of Czech professional sport organizations. On the bases of interviews with employees chosen from two Czech ice-hockey clubs I compare the execution of HR activities on the two clubs there is a special position for HR specialist, in the second one there is a leader or sport manager, who is executing the HR activities. There is also the analysis of HC Sparta Praha HR specialist position in the dissertation. In the special chapter there is the specification of HR processes executed in Czech ice-hockey clubs including processes aplicated in the past.
