Analysis of the Educational Strategy of the HR team of the Selected Institution and Motivation of Employees to Parcitipate in the Education

This thesis deals with the training of the HR team in a selected company. The aim was to analyze and identify the internal training strategy of the HR department, to find out what is the motivation of the HR team employees to participate in the offered training and to propose measures to improve and make the team training strategy more attractive. The theoretical part defines the aspects of corporate training, strategic training, competencies, motivation, HRM, etc. with the help of literature. In the practical part, an analysis of the training processes was carried out by studying internal documents, by conducting a questionnaire survey among the HR team of company XY and lastly, an interview was conducted with the L&D manager. The questionnaire survey investigated employees' motivation to participate in training and employees' satisfaction with the existing corporate training. Proposal of Changes in the Human Resources Concept Focused on the Recruitment of Workers

The subject of the master thesis is to propose changes in the human resources concept focused on the recruitment of workers in manual professions in the company FAKSASTRAKA, Ltd. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with basic concepts closely related to human resources and personnel work. In the practical part, there is an analysis of the current state of the abovementioned company and labour market especially, then a research using a questionnaire survey is created as well. There are elaborated proposals in the field of recruitment for workers in manual professions.

The subject of thesis „Increasing the efficiency“ of personnel work is the analysis of the current state of personnel work Brno branch of Merz s.r.o. to increase the efficiency of personnel work. Increasing the efficiency of personnel work should be achieved to increase profits and improve the economic situation of Merz s.r.o. The theoretical part of this work focuses primarily on individual areas of personnel work, namely motivation, communication, evaluation and remuneration and training. Also there is space devoted to dealing with the hierarchical structure of society and its leadership. These findings, together with an analysis of the current situation are used to propose changes that will lead to increase the efficiency of personnel work, and the goal of improving the economic situation of the company.

The thesis deals with the issues of the management of human resourses in secondary vocational schools. It describes the headteachers' attitude and experience in this area. The aim is to map, analyse and form conclusions, which will be useful and helpful in headteacher's work, to show a potential for teachers development, to apply knowledge from this area of the general management to a specific school environment and to show the meaning and and the growing importance of these processes in schools. The conclusions are based on research made in secondary vocationals schools among the headteachers and teachers with the questionnaire as a research tool. Adaptation of teaching staff in kindergartens

The aim of this thesis to describe the adaptation process. The theoretical part to preserve the ntegrity of the topic briefly decribes the stages of development of the technical terms (personnel administration, personnel management, human resources) and human aktivity. The main part is focused on the adaptation process, defining the objectives of the adaptation process, species adaptation and the factors influencing an adaptation process, Following part of this chapter is dedicated to the participants of the adaptation process, the adaptation plan and feedback, which is an essential and integral component of the adaptation proces. The research is focused on the adaptation process of teachers in kindergartens. The research method is a survey and subsequent interviews with several randomly selected Director kindergartens. The result of the survey is to determine the course of adaptation in kindergartens and directors approach to this issue.
