Metric survey documentation of the cellars in the northern part of the main palace of Veveří Castle

This diploma thesis is focused on the creation of survey documentation of the cellars under the northern part of the palace with a tear-shaped tower, located within the Veveří State Castle complex. Data collection in the field was carried out using 3D laser scanning technology, and the resulting point cloud served as a basis for the production of 2D contruction documentation drawings, which include three floor plans and six vertical sections at a scale of 1:50. The first part of the thesis defines the location and addresses the issues of surveying of historical sites. The second part describes the measurement process and details the methods and instruments used. The third part of the thesis deals with the processing of the measured data and the creation of the final construction documentation drawings.

Účel tejto práce je vytvoriť model pomocou sférických konvolučných neuronových sietí, ktorý vie odhadnúť orientáciu kamery z dvoch vstupov, kde prvým vstupom je panoráma a druhým vstupom je fotka, ktorá zachytáva určitú časť panorámy. Inými slovami, úlohou je nájsť kde v panoráme, ktorá tvorí prvý vstup, sa nachádza fotka, ktorá tvorí druhý vstup. Mimo troch vytvorených modelov, ktoré riešia daný problém, vzniklo aj 6 nových datasetov, ktoré rozširujú momentálne dostupný počet datasetov, ktorých fotky sú v equirectangulárnom alebo stereografickom formáte
Experimental Audio Effect Based on Dynamic Signal Filtering

The aim of this thesis is the implementation of an experimental audio effect based on dynamic signal filtering. Two implementations of the audio effect were made, the first one using the Matlab environment and its Audio Toolbox extension, and the second one in the C++ programming language using the JUCE framework. The main digital signal processing types present in the proposed audio effect include: frequency filtering, signal delay and modulation of parameters using low-frequency oscillators. The initial prototype of the audio effect mainly serves to verify correct functionality of the proposed algorithms. The result of the second implementation is a fully functional plug-in module usable, for example, for music production. Both versions are available in the VST format, which can be used with numerous digital audio workstations. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical introduction, implementation of the audio effect, and demonstration of its functionality. Theoretical introduction describes several areas of digital signal processing which are crucial for the correct implementation of the individual components of the audio effect. Implementation of the proposed audio effect is described in the following part of this thesis. Description of the implementation in Matlab is mostly done by showcasing parts of the source code. The C++ version of the audio effect is for the most part described verbally. The last part of this thesis focuses on the demonstration of both versions of the proposed effect. This part features several graphical examples demonstrating various use cases of the proposed effect. Audio files corresponding to these examples are included in the appendix.

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is the implementation of panoramic viewer of videos and images with use of WebGL. Thesis is focussing on processing videos in fisheye mode without having to convert them to equirectangular projection. Between other aspects of this thesis belongs the improvement of panoramic viewer with compass or with information about viewers angle.

Video sequence for supporting audio signal processing classes

This bachelor theses deals with making of instructional video for supporing audio signal processing classes. The theses is divided into three parts. The firs part is theoretical analysis of spatial effects, processing in time domain and processing in frequency domain. The second part is practical realization of effect panorama, moorers reberator, algorithm PSOLA and algorithm for robotization. The third part of theses is dealing with settings of Windows Media Encoder, which is suitable software for capturing video during a work on signal processing in Matlab and Simulink. The output of the thesis are two instructional videos, that should demostrate signal processing in Simulink.
New town hall for the district Brno-North

The building site is situated on the interesection of Třída Genrála Píky and Provazníkova streets in Brno. In the neighboring building there are commercial and administrative spaces. The main crossroad was redesigned to minimize the residual traffic areas. Based on urbanistic study we designed the corner high-rise dominant. We create a point of view at the skyline of Brno. By pushing back the volume we have a small square. Central comunication core allows transparent facade.
FIT Inner Stereopanorama

This bachelor thesis is about combination of stereoscopic and panoramic photography. It describes creation of panoramas especially by stitching a set of images. Principles of depth perception and possibilities of stereoscopic images projection are discussed. This thesis includes software for presentation stereopanoramic pictures of Faculty of Information Technology interiors on the Internet and its description.

This thesis contains a comparison of approaches to implementation of the panoramic photos. There are analyzed partial steps to create panoramas and access methods that are used for these steps. There is a preview of the methods and schedules their advantages and disadvantages. Also included is a comparison of these methods and evaluation of their usability.
City Apartment House Brno-Sadova

The bachelor thesis is based on the studio project of residential buildings. The project develops architectural study of city apartment house on the Kociánka street in Brno. The basis for processing is the urban study, which allows for the development of family and apartment buildings. The proposed building structure is connected to the existing buildings. The idea is based on the form of the building blocks that the procedure is divided into several parts. Blocks are rotated to obtain the best vision from the living space. The result is a unique geometric shape. Big windows on the south side provide enough light. Apartment house has three floors. Basement and two floor. Basement has garage and technical technical background. Above-ground has two main entrances leads to two residential units. Around the building is enough green space planted with trees for use in the summer months to relax.
