Dočasné využití nevyužívaných objektů - elektronická databáze projektů
Joja, Marie
This paper focuses on the evaluation of a process for creating a web database and conclusions resulting from the analysis of individual case studies. The database is a result of Specific Junior Research 2020 (FA-J-20-6365). The aim of the database is to map successful implementations of the temporary use of abandoned buildings in the Czech Republic and Europe. Forty projects from various European countries served as the initial entry. A key to the comparison of projects are the selected factors in the table of each project, with the possibility of using filters to sort out cases. These criteria, among others, briefly define a location, period of origin, listed monuments, ownership, a current state, principles of temporary use, architectural and urban design and possible variants of future functioning. The card also includes links to visual documentation and other relevant information. An essential component of the database is the ability to continuously update, add and edit project cards. Last but not least, the database should serve as a manual for potential future initiators of temporary uses and owners of abandoned buildings.

The CRM system helps to identify gaps in student support services, and inspires the development of new services. It is also used to enhance peer-to-peer personal knowledge exchange within the team. Last but not least, the essence and value of our support has been “materialized” in the form of the CRM system and can be easily communicated with our stakeholders.
