Identification and education of gifted children in kindergarten

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of identification of a gifted child in kindergarten and pedagogical procedures used by the teacher in subsequent work with a gifted child. The aim of the thesis is to find out how kindergarten teachers contribute to the development of gifted children and the full use of their potential. The theoretical part of the thesis in the introduction pays attention to the general introduction to giftedness, then it deals with the characteristics of gifted children and their subsequent identification. In the conclusion, the legislative documents related to the education of gifted children are presented, followed by the possibilities of development and education in the kindergarten environment and the essentials of the teacher's work with gifted children. The empirical part of the thesis analyses the manifestations of potential giftedness in children in kindergarten and aims to identify the pedagogical methods applied when working with gifted children. The influence of the social climate of the teaching staff on the work and motivation of kindergarten teachers.

This diploma thesis discusses the influence of the social climate of the teaching staff on the work performance and motivation of teachers in kindergartens. The theoretical part of the work is dedicated to the definition of teaching staff, the work duties they must perform and also their motivation. The role of kindergarten principals and their influence on the climate of the teaching staff and the motivation of pedagogues is also described. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the differences between the school climate, the classroom climate and the social climate of the teaching staff. The empirical part of the work presents the research results. The study focused on investigating the social climate of teaching staff in kindergartens and its influence on teacher's motivation and satisfaction. In this approach a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used to identify factors influencing the climate of the teaching staff and their influence on the work and motivation of teachers. The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the evaluation of the economics of a selected non-profit organization, contribution organization Mateřská škola Lištička. The first part defines aims of the thesis and the methods used, then it presents theoretical part including the basic terms associated with non-profit organisations. Third part comprises the analysis of the current economic of the organization and overall assessment of the financial situation. In the last part based on the analysis it presents suggestions for improving the financial situation of the organization.
Preparation and Implementation of the Envelope of the Kindergarten Building in the Village of Mojš

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is the Preparation and Implementation of the Envelope of the Kindergarten Building in the Village of Mojš. This thesis deals with the installation of windows and door fillings, the insulation of the plinth, and the facade using an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The work includes a technical report, a site plan with broader traffic relations, a bill of quantities for the specified technological stage, a technological prescription for the facade insulation stage, including resource balances. Furthermore, it contains a solution for the organization of the construction, including a site equipment drawing, a time schedule for the given technological stage, a proposal for the machine set, a control and test plan, and ensuring work safety. In conclusion, the thesis discusses the use of aerogel as an insulating material.
Speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director. In accordance with the aim of the thesis, it analyses the current situation and identifies the possibilities of support and risks in the field of speech therapy prevention in selected kindergartens. It studies the state and level of work in kidergartens in terms of ensuring cooperation with a special pedagogical center, a pedagogical-psychological counselling center, a clinical speech therapist and further education of pedagogical staff with a focus on speech therapy assistants. It also indicates the possibilities of obtaining financial resources for aids for children with speech disorders, for further education of teaching staff or for possible cooperation with a clinical speech therapist directly in the kindergarten. The thesis also mentions the grant programs offered by the Ministry of Education and Culture. It also outlines a possible procedure for changing or increasing the efficiency of speech therapy prevention and motivational methods for the active approach of teaching staff, which can be used by the kindergarten director. The paper examines the topic of the adaptation process of children starting at kindergarten. It generally focuses on methods and procedures used in adaptation processes that aim to facilitate children's adaptation. Theoretical findings relate to the adaptation process of preschool children. Qualitative research is then carried out. The theoretical part describes the developmental specifics of the preschool period. These are essential for understanding the behavior, experiences, and needs of preschool children. The role of the kindergarten institution and its influence on the child is mentioned, as well as the principle of adaptation itself. Adaptation is a significant change and stress, and for its successful progression (and the child's further life), the correct setting of the individual adaptation process is crucial. In this perspective, a large part is devoted not only to the role and experiences of a child but also to the influence of parents or lecturers in kindergarten. Title of the Bachelor's Thesis: Comparison of public and private education in kindergartens Abstract: The main goal of the work is to compare education in public and private kindergartens - by comparing school maturity and readiness of preschool children attending both public and private kindergartens. The theoretical framework of the work is based on the characteristics of children of preschool age, the legislative definition of kindergartens and the description of individual educational programs of different types of kindergartens. The practical part of the work evaluates and summarizes results of research conducted through a questionnaire survey among parents of preschoolers in the capital city of Prague and provides answers to set research questions.
