Cognitive continuity in relation to the customer

In my Bachelor thesis I will present mind mapping which is a relatively less known method that enables initiation and capturing individual appropriately focused thought processes, content and structure of individual employees who are working in the sales department. These empolyees are on a daily basis in contact with the customer. The content of the notion that I was in the organization decided to investigate is the CUSTOMER. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to find out how individual employees perceive the concept of customer. The results of qualitative research by the mental mapping method will bring important associations about the concept of customer, which will be spontaneously reflected in the mind of the worker. In every way executive management needs to know what the employees are spontaneously thinking about the customer in order to improved customer care.
Mapping methodology of cultural and creative industries at local and regional class in the Czech Republic

Proposal of system tools for support of creativity of employees

The aim of the thesis are the recommendations and proposals focusing on the development of creativity using IT. The results of the work are based on a detailed model of the analysis conducted with the employees of the actual company Sedláček s. r. o. The work further identifies and analyzes the facts relating generally to creativity, the creative features of the personality and the organization and management of projects. At the conclusion of the work is evaluated the current situation in the company and are set out recommendations that organisations of a similar type may implement.

Creativity in non-profit organization

The essence of this bachelor thesis is the assessment of the level of creativity in selected non-profit organization. Furthermore, it is the application of creative techniques in order to find options for potential improvement of existing activities of the organization. The methodical part defines the objectives, methods and respondents of the thesis. The theoretical part explains terms related to the topic, mainly focuses on creativity of the individual, the team and the whole organization, and also on the creative techniques. Then briefly describes the issue of non-profit organization. The practical part is based on theoretical knowledge of the first part. First is presented selected non-profit organization, which is also the subject of research. The subsequent own research is based on qualitative research in the form of individual interview and group sessions. The evaluation of the progress and results is also included. The thesis is concluded by suggestions and recommendations for the non-profit organization.
Creative Industries during the Economic Crisis

The subject of this theses is the sector of creative industries a its behaviour at the time of economic crisis. The theses presents teories that study creative industries and its existing conclusions, while putting into contrast different views on the premise that creative industries are the source of economic growth and employment. Creative industries have been so far studied only during the time of prosperity, however, the 2008 economic crisis enables us to study them during recession. The analytic part of this theses is therefore dedicated to studying the economy of Great Britain, and on the basis of three economic indexes describes the behaviour of the creative industries during the crisis and immediately thereafter. The theses concludes that the creative industries indeed experienced growth, however, it also points out the limitations of all existing studies, including this one.
Analysis of employees job satisfaction in education

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to analyse job satisfaction of employees in education. Furthermore, with the use of professional information of the methodological part, to understand the internal source of the job satisfaction. This was achieved through the quantitative research method (empirical part -- survey). Carried out the research, proposals will be made to improve the current situation.
Time-management and optimization systems for working with ideas and creativity

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is creativity as an ability of a human that is an indivisible part of the success of an individual in the history of mankind. Firstly, the theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of a creative person, their attitudes and thinking processes that characterise them and it examines this notion from the perspective of a historical development. In the second part it describes the phenomena that significantly influence the process of creative thinking with respect to time restrictions. In the practical part these findings are applied during the creation of a real-time creative session with the use of various techniques in order to reach creative solutions while working with a group of selected individuals. The aim of the work is to create a group consisting of members that fit the description of a creative person as much as possible, use all the knowledge about the thinking process, motivation and barriers to creativity and to organise a programme with the use of the given methods to find creative solutions to problems. The conclusion evaluates the successfulness of the cooperation of the members as a group and its personal contribution to the author.
The Creation of Inscenation and Structured Drama by Secondary School Students Assigned for Second Grade of Elementary School Audience

This thesis describes the process of creating inscenation and structured drama based on the book of Daniel Hevier Říše Agord. I worked with the theatre group Nabalkoně, whose members are 14 to 28 years old. The thesis concerns about an artwork of the drama and analyzes text. Dramaturgical-directorial concept edits the text and adapts it for needs of the group. It also selects basic storyline and main themes. Furthermore, it describes the staging process, the process of creating an accompanied educational program and evaluates them. Besides that, it reflects implementation of the inscenation from the inner point of view (members of group process) and from outer too - it researches and compares responses of pupils from different classes and grades.

The thesis deals with three main areas : issue of cultural and creative industries, the theoretical creation of a business plan and it is practical application to practice on an example of a business plan of creative center in Zlin. The first area affects the overall context of cultural and creative industries in connection with terminology themes within this issue in Zlin and Zlin region overlapping with the selected regional situation. The second area includes theoretical preparation of the execution of the business plan according to current trends. The last part reflects the summarization of the practical project at the theoretical level.
