The thesis deals with the processing of subsidy policies to support the activities of organizations working with children and youth. The work describes grant programs some ministries, higher territorial governments, municipalities and other donors. It also defines NGOs and their division. The work defines interest and informal education. The thesis contains tables and graphs with distributed financial amounts and numbers of people in different age categories. One of the chapters deals with the instructions for the preparation and submission of the grant application.

Methods and means of education in leisure time and leisure

This thesis examines the possibilities of linking the interest in a child (a participant in interest education in the field of education of leisure) with the interest in achieving the goals of various leisure education activities, as well as the goals being (co)determined by the child itself. The thesis strives to find the solution in a method in which an activity goal of the child is transformed into a goal of the tutor with the intention of encouraging the child's personal development. The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter deals with educational goals and the goals of leisure education.The following chapter explores the goals of education as set by various pedagogical conceptions and alternative approaches to the isme. The third chapter acquaints the reader with the psychological potential of the target group.The last chapter is dedicated to the growth of child's potential, its ability of free choice and decision making, expressions of creativity, and the "flow" state.

Trends in the leisure education

This diploma thesis deals with current conditions of individual types of the interest education organisations and differences between them within the selected topic. It determines strategies of these organisations and how these strategies will change in the future. The thesis is to find specifics within this type of education. The aim is the analysiss of the current state and development of the free time activities in particular types of organisations. In the theoretical part it is defined what the free time and out-of-school education are. The interest education is defined too, especially the terminology connected with that - types, functions, goals, conditions and methodology. The system of the out-of-school education is described in relation to the age of the child and its particular free time activities and the types of interest education organisations are compared with one another. The directors of free time activity centres, children and youth centres, afterschool clubs and managers of other non-profit organisations have been interviewed to make the list of possible types of institutions and to describe their future development and issues they are dealing with, ways of financing and the education of the children with special educational needs. Marketing management of the school facilities for interest education

1 Abstract: The final diploma thesis deals with the issue of marketing management of the school facilities for interest education It is based on the existing theoretical findings in the marketing area and marketing strategies. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, features of the marketing management organisations and their benefits. The thesis deals with the specifics of the marketing management in the school facilities for interest education, the individual steps of the marketing management and especially the marketing mix - product, price of the educational programs, place of their provision, propagation and sales promotion. The thesis brings the analysis of the found results of the extensive research provided via questionnaire investigation, interview and text analysis. This analysis represents the status of the marketing management in the leisure centers and the benefit of the analysis is the enumeration of the using marketing tools as a resource of the inspiration for improvement in this area in the conditions of school facilities for interest education. Equestrian tourism in extracurricular education (Case study in elementary school of Dolní Hbity)

Topic: Equestrian tourism in extracurricular education (Case study in elementary school of Dolní Hbity) Goal of the work: Explore technical and financial options for implementation of equestrian tourism in elementary school of Dolni Hbity in term of special interest. Get to know the interest of parents and students about the equestrian tourism and its related financial options. Method: In research we chose 61 parents, whose kids are attending elementary school of Dolni Hbity, district Pribram. Data related to integration of equestrian tourism in elementary school of Dolni Hbity in term of special interest we got our information from survey by closed and opened answers. Results: From parents and students side is shown interest about special event equestrian tourism in elementary school Dolni Hbity. There is a realistic option for creation equestrian tourism special event on chosen school. It is still not solved how to offer the equestrian tourism special event even to a social weaker families. Priorities of school club

In my dissertation I focused on the priorities of Bernard Bolzano o.p.s. school club in Tábor. In the theoretic part of my dissertation I mention leisure time in connection with children, historical development of leisure time pedagogy, functions, forms and activities of interest education, relationships and communication, definition of a school club and its advantages, school club participants, framework education programme and key competencies. In the practical part of the dissertation I made a research on priorities of a school club. On this basis I created various hypotheses. The veracity or inveracity of the hypotheses should have been verified by a questionnaire formed by research questions. Special additional questions of a structured dialogue with parents and educators of the school club served to specify the research. The evaluation of questionnaires and dialogues has brought the verification of the hypotheses.
