Application of the software support help desk into the process Facility management

The work deals with a importance of the tool HelpDesk for Facility management environment, which covers a aggregate of services in the area of real estate management. The work analyses the effects on operation (event. requirements on manpower, acceleration of requirements servicing, improvement of services) after the system application with respect to requirements of the middle and top management (e.g. not increase of the human resources, an opportunity to course monitoring of problem solving, providing of data sources for negotiation with suppliers). A part of solving is a proposal of architecture for the whole system with the accent on an integration with typical applications in the Facility management environment (Asset Management Systems) a an offer of own services (SOA - Service-oriented architecture). The goal of work will the selection of the optimal platform for solving (web application, form application) and proposal of basic data structures.

This diploma‘s thesis deals with the analysis and definition of the requirements for the implementation of a suitable communication and information web portal for OR-NEXT spol. s r.o., an IT business. The company focuses on the implementation of information systems (QI and Lawson M3), system integration in general and with providing post-implementation services. The portal will improve communication with customers and both simplify and speed up business processes on the management of customer portfolios and customer requirements.
Creating a help desk SW tool for cyber security management

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a helpdesk design for ESKO software. This ESKO software was developed by ISIT Slovakia s.r.o. The helpdesk will be represented by several software. Some are used to create diagrams and represent workflows, others for graphic editing. The helpdesk will be created based on the current needs of the company and then delivered to it as the final product. The main goal is to extend the functionality of an existing website and add to this website and the proposed helpdesk. The bonus will be a query library, which should work on the principle of an SQL database.

Implementation of the information system is economically evaluated at the end of this thesis.

The thesis deals with the development of the web-based Helpdesk application which ensures and supports the communication with Internet users. The first section of the thesis contains a brief description of the individual means and tools used by the developer. The practical part describes the design and development of the individual layers of the web-based application concerned. The latter section also mentions the development and usage of the required synchronization and code generation tools.
Optimization of Ethernet network in manufacturing plant

This diploma thesis describes the work performed in the optimization of the corporate network in the company Alps Electric Czech to expand the amount of information obtained about the state of the network and thus improve the response of the IT department to potencial errors. During the optimization, a monitoring system was also deployed and its connection to the helpdesk and a tailor-made website running on the Flask microframework. With the gradual deployment, adjustments were made based on feedback from the IT department staff. Overall, the network has become more clarified, increasing the efficiency of maintenance and service.
