This bachelor's thesis deals with the proposition of e-commerce and internet sites for a company which sells sports apparel and. The basis of part called The actual state of solved issues of this bachelor thesis deals with terms related with e-commerce. The following sections are devoted to brief characteristics of the company and to analysis of the solved issues. Then follows the design of e-commerce solutions. The final section deals with the evaluation of the project and also with the brief cost calculation.

A company electronic business model

The aim of my thesis is creation of a company electronic business model. The first part includes Internet background characterization and its users. Afterwards I focus on the electronic commerce and identify important parameters for an electronic business draft. Then follows an analysis of the present state of a company FOTO Sláma. I create the suitable electronic business model based on proposed strategies. In conclusion the benefits of my proposed model for FOTO Sláma are evalueted.

The thesis is focused on the current situation and the information system analysis of the particular retail, which deals with the sale of animal feed and supplies. Furthermore, it provides the improvement proposal, in order to support company sales. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part determines the theoretical basis. The second part analyses the current situation of the company, evaluates the quality of its information system and the company in general. The content of the practical part is a proposal of a sales promotion system through e-commerce.

Based on the theoretical knowledge, the analysis of the external and internal environment will be carried out in this work. The reason is to assess the current market situation and the company. The result of the work is to provide suggestions and recommendations for the awareness raising and increasing sales turnover of the Lenovoshop.

Methodology of E-commerce Implementation Design

Target of this bachelor work is to show the possibility of the design and establishment of an online store at HANZA SPORT plus, s.r.o. company with maximum regard the success of the resulting solution. This work is divided into logical units that describe the various stages in the implementation of the final solution. It also describes the specifics of trading on the Internet, comparing it to trading in the street stores, disassemble various target groups and targeting opportunities in advertising campaigns. The work also shows the problems of communication quality, clarity and speed of delivery of goods ordered.
