Preferences in key elements of a didactic process of non-formal education of adult learners from the perspective of age cohorts

4 Abstract The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify preferences in key elements of the didactic process, namely in didactic forms, didactic methods, teacher roles, teaching aids, didactic technology and seating arrangements, at those adults, who have been participating in at least one non-formal educational activity in the last twelve months, depending on the age cohort they belong to. Based on relevant educational literature, the first three chapters cover a description of a didactic process and its key areas, material and non-material didactic means, which are further divided into particular elements. In the fourth chapter, there is a definition of the age cohorts and a description of their specifics both in general and in the field of didactics. The fifth chapter is dedicated to a preparation and a realisation of the quantitative questionnaire survey at those members of age cohorts, who have been participating in at least one non-formal educational activity in the last twelve months. Based on these findings, the differences in preferences in key elements of the didactic process at the age cohorts are stated. A description of significant differences in technical preparation of water slalom and canoe sprint in K1 category

Thesis title: A description of significant differences in technical preparation of water slalom and canoe sprint in K1 category. Thesis objective: The objective of the thesis is to determine the main features typical of technical preparation of kayakers in Czech canoeing clubs and to describe possible differences in the preparation of sprint kayakers and water slalom kayakers. Methods of data processing: The work is based on mixed research. The racers and coaches were presented with a questionnaire concerning technical preparation. Collected output was analyzed using the methods of quantitative research and of analytical induction. Results: Several significant differences were detected between the technical preparation of sprint kayakers and water slalom racers. To develop basic kayaking strokes, water slalom racers in mostly younger age categories use other water sports, especially wild water, more frequently. In preparatory exercises sprint racers limit themselves to stroke sequencing. Water slalom racers use a wider range of preparatory exercises to develop basic kayaking stroke. Despite that, implementing new means of education, progressive didactic methods and crossing the boundaries of study and self-study, is being obstructed by institutional conventional educational system and related methods. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first deals with the theoretical view of the vocational education, its development and specifics. The next section describes the differences between education of adults and children. Then the work is focused on the personality of the lector and didactic process, its aims, methods, forms and tools. To conclude the theoretical part summarizes the principle of feedback. The second part is summarized of research where respondents are lectors themselves. From research we know how much are they competent to exercise the profession of lecturers from the point of view of teaching, respectively didactic. The research used the questionnaire with closed and open questions.
Special catechesis. Theory and Practice

This dissertation titled "Special catechesis. Theory and Practice" explores the methods of teaching religion to mentally handicapped children. The research focuses on the presentation of theoretical and practical methods introduced by D, Jucha, J. Madeja, D.Doroszewka, B. Janosz and other significant Polish catechists. The theoretical part, besides a systematicly processed terminology also deals with the actual content and the main aim of special-care catechesis. In addition, it provides an interpretation the dignity of man as it can be found in some church archives. Last, but not least, attention is drawn to the important role of families, parishes and catechists. The second, practical, part is inspired by the methods of B. Janosz - whether it is put to creative use along with new teaching materials as well as new communication tools that motivate mentally handicapped children for active participation in special-care classes. The author of this study concluded that even the weakest must be provided adequate catechesis as every human being, no matter how limited, is capable of growth to sanctity. These people feel the need and are entitled to life in faith. There is a need for oligo-catechesis and it is unquestionable.

Abstract this thesis focuses on the draft process of the curriculum in the sphere of management accounting in the subject of accounting business academies in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts, which are theoretical and practical. The first part involves analysis of current findings in the terms of economic and financial thinking and analysis of curriculum documents and educational aspects of teaching. The practical part consists of two parts of the research. Firstly, it investigates the opinions of accounting teachers about didactic aspects of teaching and subsequently it verificates the draft instruction with didactic tests.
Subject and didactic analysis of subject matter about basic stock accounting

This bachelor thesis is focused on subject and didactic analysis of subject matter about basic stock accounting in the first concentric circle of accounting as the school subject at business high schools. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The former is focused primarily on accounting teaching method itself. It includes legislative framework, which is used during the teaching of accounting, then organization of the subject matter together with didactic principles and didactic aids. The latter provides didactic analysis of subject matter about basic stock accounting. It includes also some recommendations about how to proceed the interpretation of a certain topic through the use of different charts, table and exercises, that are given to students.

It looks at methods of organization of teaching, forms of teaching, didactic methods, principles and resources, which relate to accounting pedagogy. The practical part includes didactic analysis of the topic closing of accounts and financial statements. Furthermore there is an exercise, designed for practising the topics that they already know, in which students close accounts and create financial statements.

Diagnosis of Chosen Didactic Concepts in Semantic Space of Students of Teaching and Primary School Teachers

This diploma work raises the issues and subsequently the diagnostics of preconcepts for didactic concepts of students of teaching and primary school teachers. The aim of this work was to find out to what extent the perception of some chosen didactic concepts are related comparing students of pedagogical faculty and primary school teachers. The theoretical part aims to the technical definition of the semantic differential research method and definition of the concepts involved in the research. In the practical part the data relating to chosen didactic concepts were found and processed by method of semantic differential.
