The work deals with the sound in its various forms outside the music scene in connection with fine arts. Experimentally modulates different positions between visual and audio elements. Do the musical components of shows and exhibitions only serve to manipulate emotions, or are they original autonomic works? The artistic result will be the creation of an experimental situation of direct confrontation of sound with live action. The work was significantly affected by the coronavirus pandemic, so it deals more specifically with sound/music in the virtual space and the issue of their transmission.

It describes problems that cause spread of the disease, precautions that have been made and possibilities for improvement of their efficiency using this specialization, or also new solutions. The advantages and disadvantages of particular solutions and their effect on spread will be analysed as well. A system for spacing monitoring is chosen and constructed from them.

Escapism in Animal Crossing: New Horizons in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic

1 Abstract This Master's thesis aims to explore the impact of the game Animal Crossing: New Horizons released in March 2020 for the Nintendo Switch console on players during the Covid-19 pandemic by analyzing forum posts and articles. The thesis further typifies the community of players of the game that post on the forums Animal Crossing Community and The Bell Tree Forums, their motivations for playing, and the ways in which the game provided them with an escape from the reality of the pandemic. Furthermore, the thesis partly focuses on media reflection of this phenomenon through the analysis of articles describing their own experience with the game. This thesis intends to achieve this through qualitative research methods, specifically through a case study using the method of analytical induction. The first chapters in the theoretical part of the thesis show that the existing knowledge about the impact of games and media in general on the mental health of people, and adolescents in particular, is contradictory. Jan Hamáček experienced two events in one year that led to his end in high politics. Firstly, at the beginning of the coronavirus crisis, during his tenure at the Ministry of the Interior, he positioned himself as a minister who, through his contacts in China, was able to secure sufficient amount of medical supplies. A year later, after the resolution of the involvement of Russian agents in the Vrbětice ammunition depot explosions, Seznam Zprávy published information that the ČSSD chairman wanted to exchange this finding for Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccines and a presidential summit in Prague. The thesis analysed how Hamáček's media image was portrayed in these situations and how it varied in four Czech newspapers.

Analysis of the Chinese green bond market and factors influencing issuance interest rates

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá čínským trhem se zelenýmidluhopisy a faktory ovlivňujícími jejich emisní sazby, s důrazem na dopad pandemie Covid-19 na emisní sazby zelených dluhopisů v Číně. Práce využívá grafickou analýzu ke zkoumání čínského trhu se zelenýmidluhopisy a metodou vicenásobní lineární regrese analyzuje faktory ovlivňující emisní sazby. Nakonec zjišťuje, že pandemie Covid-19 skutečně má významný vliv a mění strukturu modelu ovlivňujících faktorů. Vývoj nezaměstnanosti v ČR v letech 2020-2021

The diploma thesis deals with the development of unemployment in the territory of the Czech Republic in the period 2020–2021. The aim of the thesis is to reflect the changes in unemployment rate in the given territory as a result of government restrictions in order to protect the public health of the population in connection with the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Based on secondary data of the unemployment rate, the thesis interprets the numerical transformation of the growth of unemployment across the regions of the Czech Republic. These knowledges are placed in the context of temporal events of interventions in the economy. The results of the analytical part proved that the anti-epidemic measures is-sued as part of the prevention of the covid-19 disease had an effect on increased unemployment. The national average of the unemployment rate increased by 1.1 p. p. as of 31 December 2020. At the same time, based on the results, it can be stated that there are differentiations between regions, which are dependent on the struc-ture of the industry and their share of employment in the given industry. The high-est year-on-year increase as of 31 December 2020 was recorded in the district of Karlovy Vary by 3.4 p. p., the smallest in the district of Prachatice by 0.3 p. p.

The Czech legal system in the time of the coronavirus in the light of Fuller's principles of good law Trust in law-making institutions Abstract This thesis deals with the issue of how the Czech legal system changed during the coronavirus crisis in the light of Fuller's principles of good law. The aim of the thesis was to find out how this change affected people's trust in law-making institutions. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part introduces Lon L. Fuller as a philosopher of law, who significantly influenced the view of legal theory and provoked many responses to his views from both his critics and supporters. The second part of the thesis is a theoretical background to the specific features of the legal system in the situation that arose due to the spread of the Covid-19 disease in the Czech Republic. In the next part of the thesis I subject the legislation issued during the coronavirus crisis to Fuller's requirements of what law should look like. By analyzing the case law of administrative courts, especially the reasoning for their judgments, I found cases of violations of Fuller's principles that occurred during the coronavirus period.
