Wireless electronic security and surveilance system

This bachelor thesis is engaged in proposal and implementation of wire less safeguarding system. The proposal is consisting from study of single components wire less safeguarding system like for example: detectors, central, GSM communicator and mobile station. The bechelor is engaged familiarization of technologies for formation sensing element networks and proposal (principal) diagram wire less systém of familly house. For realization wire less network is exploit standart IEEE 802.15.4 ZigBee on a frequence 2,4 GHz and radio outside on a work frequence 868,3MHz. Beside terminal arrangement and near co-ordinator is exploiting Zigbee program units from Meschnetics company too. Next to radio outsider is exploiting wire less base extension station from Satel company. Both of wire less are connected with a central of wire less safeguarding system and conseguently connected with GSM communicator from Satel company, whitch on is concernig abouth sendings of messages abouth loom of wire less safeguarding system towards to user on mobile station.

Impact of Communication Parameters on Energy Consumption of Zigbee Devices

This thesis deals with the energy research and design a simple wireless sensor networks. The data modules with ZigBee wireless communication technology. The main feature of wireless sensor networks is the minimal energy devices at low cost and maximum data reliability. Furthermore, the work describes firmware for communicating nodes with the ability to change parameters of data transmission and thus affect the energy consumption node. Calculations of energy consumption, compared with the measured results, the discharge characteristics of the battery packs and lifetime broadcasting node is contained in the final chapters of this work.

Title: Family conference in social work while working with the family Objectives: To evaluate the possibilities and pitfalls of family conference methods through semi-structured interviews with staff of family centers. Results: Based on the answers of our respondents, it was found that the RK method is suitable for working with the family. Compared to other methods, it gives more competence to the family and the child when solving the problem. The RK coordinator is a person who is trained, manages and leads the entire RK process. The RK coordinator should be impartial, able to listen and resolve conflicts. He respects the family and should see meaning in RK. The pitfalls of the RK method were mentioned by our respondents, especially obstacles on the side of cooperation with organizations and experts and little support from the state. Respondents saw the possibilities of RK overlap in the social overlap of this method, spirituality, accessibility, significant advantages compared to other methods, especially PK. Intercompany mentoring

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the intercompany mentoring issue, its thorough description and specific practical application in the company. The objectives are to define the intercompany mentoring as a new form of corporate learning, to analyze it in detail and to assess its benefits to the certain company. Its strengths / weaknesses and the possible opportunities and threats are found in the theoretical part via SWOT analysis. The assessment of intercompany mentoring is based on the interviews with mentors, mentees and last but not least with mentees' superiors. These semi-structured interviews are focused on finding of the strengths / weaknesses and the opportunities or threats. It means that the SWOT analysis is used also in the practical part of the thesis. The output of the thesis is the final resume and my personal improvement proposals. The results of the thesis can help those companies that are looking for new ways to develop their employees or which are hesitating to participate in the intercompany mentoring. Qualified persons in the field of occupational risks Abstract Qualified persons in the field of occupational risks are persons dealing with different levels of risk, different extent and type of risks. In this set is not only the person for health and safety, but there are other qualified persons as well. For example, a qualified person who provides and performs the ccupational health services, a qualified person for fire protection, a construction safety coordinator, as well as an inspection technician of dedicated technical equipment, etc. A key qualified person in occupational risk and health and safety prevention is a person who assist employers in occupational risk prevention by managing risk identification, providing risk assesments, identification of source and risks causes and incidents. This person takes care about risk factors on worplaces such as microclima, chemical and biological hazards, noise, ergonomy and many others risks and continuosly advises employers of identificated risk on workplaces. He leads as a expert in health and safety, but not responsible, for applying right and effective principles of work safety and accident prevention and provide high qualified consultating job for employers. The urban engineer and his role in construction practice

The diploma thesis in its introductory descriptive part defines all the theoretical foundations and contexts associated with the concepts of urban engineering and urban engineer. The theoretical information is followed by the analytical part of the work, which contains interviews with real authorized urban engineers. With the help of the respondents' professional experience, the real role of the urban engineer in construction practice and the activities he should perform in such a role is subsequently formed. In the end, the obtained information is transformed into a practical example, which demonstrates the illustrative implementation of the knowledge of an urban engineer within the real functioning of the practice.

Štinglová Kristýna Pupil at a primary school as a member of a pupils'parlament ABSTRACT The diploma thesis is focused on a primary school pupil in the pupil's parliament. The aim of the work is to find examples of inspiring practice for involving students from the 1st grade in the student parliament. In the theoretical part, at the beginning I deal with the basic concepts that accompany the whole thesis. Then I discuss the topic of democracy in schools, its basic principles and conditions that the school must meet. I mention CEDU, which helps primary schools build democracy. The work is further focused on the developmental character of the 1st grade pupil (it is early school age and middle school age) in terms of social and emotional development. The work also slightly affects the rights of the child at school. Finally, I analyze in detail the parliamentary parliament in Czech schools and abroad, more specifically in Germany, Great Britain and Denmark. The practical part is divided according to research methods into three parts. There is a semi- structured interview with the coordinator of the student parliament, indirect observation of the student parliament meeting in the distance form of study and has my own experience with the student parliament at the time when I was studying at primary school.
