Název: Rodinná konference v sociální práci při práci s rodinou Cíle: tit možnosti a úskalí rodinných konferencí prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů pracovníky Polostrukturovaný rozhovor Výsledky: Na základě odpovědí našich respondentů bylo zjištěno, že metoda RK je vhodná pro práci s rodinou. Oproti jiným metodám dává více kompetencí rodině a dítěti, při řešení problému. Koordinátor RK je člověk, který j proškolený, řídí a vede celý proces RK. Koordinátor RK by měl umět naslouchat a řešit konflikty. Respektuje rodi a měl by v metodě RK vidět smysluplnost. Jako úskalí metody RK uvedli naši respondenti práce s spolupráce s organizacemi a odborníky a malá podpora od státu. Možnosti přesahu RK uvedli naši respondenti spiritualitu a výhody oproti PK. Results: Based on the answers of our respondents, it was found that the RK method is suitable for working with the family. Compared to other methods, it gives more competence to the family and the child when solving the problem. The RK coordinator is a person who is trained, manages and leads the entire RK process. The RK coordinator should be impartial, able to listen and resolve conflicts. He respects the family and should see meaning in RK. The pitfalls of the RK method were mentioned by our respondents, especially obstacles on the side of cooperation with organizations and experts and little support from the state. Respondents saw the possibilities of RK overlap in the social overlap of this method, spirituality, accessibility, significant advantages compared to other methods, especially PK.
