Verification of a special training program and its influence on development of coordination skills among young football players
HETO, Jakub
A method that allows us to process information, perform qualitative content analysis. The aim of this method is to compare information, its scope and meaning and then to draw a qualitative conclusion. The aim of this work was to verify whether the special training created would affect the coordination skills of young footballers. Our research group consists of 16 young football players of 10-11 years of age. They fit into the U11 category which also includes football players of younger age. The players of the U11 category train 3 times a week for an hour and half with a match held at the weekends during the match season. During our testing, the players underwent their regular training three times a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) in the first two months, with the training divided into two training units (Tuesday and Thursday). Additionally, there was one weekend match. Since the 5th of October 2020, the training frequency decreased to training twice a week due to the emergency lockdown announced by the government of Czech Republic. The tested players are all male and have all regularly been playing football for the past 3 years. The results were statistically compared with the paired t-test with the 0.05 significance mark. The results compared the baseline data (pre-training) with the post-training data after the players underwent the specific training. The data was obtained from particular tests (IOWA BRACE test, run with somersault, dribbling with 3 balls and running with changing of directions) which assess the level of coordination skills. Based on the results of the t - test, we were able to accept the hypothesis H1, H2, H3 and H4 at the significance level of 0.05.

Title: Development of versatility in children's tennis training Elaborated: Anežka Zmátlová Supervisor: Mgr. Tomáš Kočíb Aims: This bachelor thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the level of motor aptitude and versatility in children who were tested using the test battery according to Blažek (2012). The theoretical part includes the characteristics of tennis, the structure of sports performance, fitness and coordination skills. The empirical part focuses on the assessment of the level of versatility in the tested children. The results are presented graphically and inform illustratively about the level of versatility of the probands studied. Methods of work: Observation, questioning, testing, document analysis Results: The results of the testing show that generally higher levels of versatility are found in individuals who include other activities in their training. Approximately half of the probands tested are also involved in other sports and therefore performed better. Key words: the test battery, coordination skills, conditioning abilities

Title: The influence of ballistic vests for coordinating ability of the Czech Republic`s policemen. Aims: The aim of this thesis is to compare different types of protective ballistic vest with the same degree of ballistic protection within their influence on the coordination abilities of probands and the following comparisons and evaluation of results. Methods: This is an empirical thesis of observational character. The standardized motoric test for coordination skills was performed and its results were statistically processed. These data were then compared using the t-test. The comfort during using vest was also evaluated by interviewing. Results: From the measured data, it was found that the difference between two of the three tested vests was not statistically significant (Petris and Eagle). Their results were relatively balanced. Highly significant statistical difference was between these two vests and the third test vest (Global Armour). The Global Armour vest came out of the test the worst. This fact is also confirmed by the result of questioning when all ten probands evaluated better the vest Petris and nine probands evaluated better the vest Eagle, than Global Armour vest due to the comfort. I would state, that this difference is insignificant in practice due to the purposes and conditions...
