Model of Education of Users in the IT

This thesis deals with entry knowledge and overall IT education company situation analysis. Based on the analysis, I created an education plan or a model that has goal to enhance training effectiveness as well as to improve information technology know-how and use within the company in order to increase the company profit and at the same time help employees in their professional growth and thus enhance their loyalty and personal satisfaction.

The theoretic part describes the system of company education, identification of educational demands, planning, realization and classification of company education. Next it occupies by a problem how to correctly choose the training company. The practical part analyses the contemporary education system in the company TOS Kuřim-OS, a. s. and mentions the possibilities of its improvement.
Analysis of the education system in the organization

The subject of this work will be to describe and evaluate the current education system in the selected organization and analyze the educational needs of employees, their motivation and barriers for further education. The work will be divided into two parts. It is the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts associated with personnel management, tasks and strategies of human resources management and the importance of education for organization. It will also focus on the motivation of employees for further education and barriers that prevent employees from education. The issue of objectives and philosophy of education, education system, education process and methods of education will be addressed. The text will draw on domestic and foreign literature. The next chapter will analyze the system of education of employees in a selected organization that will rely on the case study and subsequently the interpretation of the obtained data. The research will be carried out in the first phase in the form of a questionnaire survey, followed by the second phase, namely direct interviews with employees of the given branch of the organization and their manager responsible for education. The thesis dealing with the topic "System of employee development in selected organisation" focuses on the educational system of a company operating in the automotive industry. It is a medium-sized company with about 150 employees. The company has chosen a competency model as a training strategy to achieve its training goals, i.e. the company has developed a competency matrix that shows which competencies are necessary for the performance of each job position. The aim of this thesis is to analyse and describe the educational strategy of the company under study, to identify problem areas and to suggest possible improvements. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, based on the study of the literature, and an empirical part, dealing with the investigation of the actual state of the functioning of the training system in the company by means of document analysis and structured interview with the HR manager. Irena Lhotková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The aim of my bachelor thesis is to map the education and development of new employees within the Czech school inspectorate - school inspectors and control officials. The theoretical part contains a summary of professional education and the development of employees. The following part is dedicated to the introduction of characteristics and the organizational structure of the Czech school inspectorate. At the same time, the form of introductory education needed by starters is described as follows. The practical part contains an analysis of survey findings gathered through both questionnaires completed by school inspectors and auditors who entered the inspectorate between the years 2008 and 2010 and interviews with the heads of the regional inspectorates. The conclusion identifies shortcomings in the introductory education conception of new employees within the organization. It also offers possible suggestions for solutions for structure improvement of in the initial stages of induction training. The thesis deals with the issue of adult education and development, is specially focused on the group of personal fitness trainers, their development and further professional education. In the theoretical part of the thesis, great attention is paid to the conceptualization and systemization of adult education, instead of adult education within the concept of lifelong learning. The thesis deals with one of the most important areas of education, namely further education. It deals with individual subsystems of further education with an emphasis on further professional adult education. Educational needs analysis (research)

Graduation theses considers training needs analysis at concrete company's call center. Analysis goal is to find out reason of insuficient service in areas concerning company education. The theses mentions exploring key areas and formulize key question of research, which is what employees know about education. Taking decision aboute qualitative type of research and data acquisiton method, such as questionnaire, observation and document analysis, follows. Collected data are transcribed and encoded to allowed deeper analysis. Theses proofs that level of knowing between the employees is not sufficient and homogenous. Suggested action plan concern immediate change of communication and following education structure and long term recommendation, which is need of new, proper and complex analysis. Theses describes regular procedure advised by technical literature as well as true experience including changes forced by call center operating.
