Práce na téma Systém vzdělávání pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci se zaměřuje na vzdělávací systém firmy podnikající v automobilovém průmyslu. Jedná se o střední firmu čítající cca 150 zaměstnanců. Firma si pro dosažení vzdělávacích cílů zvolila jako vzdělávací strategii kompetenční model, tzn., že ve firmě je vypracována kompetenční matice, která vyobrazuje, jaké kompetence jsou nutné pro výkon jednotlivých pracovních pozic. Cílem práce je analyzovat a popsat vzdělávací strategii zkoumané společnosti, identifikovat problematické oblasti a navrhnout možná zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, vycházející ze studia odborné literatury a empirickou část, zabývající se zjišťováním skutečného stavu fungování systému vzdělávání ve firmě pomocí analýzy dokumentů a strukturovaného rozhovoru s manažerem HR. V teoretické části jsou zkoumány teoretické poznatky jednotlivých autorů k uvedení čtenáře do problematiky, je zde např. vysvětlení základních pojmů z oblasti firemního vzdělávání, fáze vzdělávání, vzdělávání z pohledu strategického nebo kompetenčního přístupu ke vzdělávání. V praktické části je stanovena metodologie výzkumu, popsána vybraná společnost, vzdělávací strategie firmy a analýza problémových oblastí společnosti na základě studia vnitropodnikových materiálů a strukturovaného... The thesis dealing with the topic "System of employee development in selected organisation" focuses on the educational system of a company operating in the automotive industry. It is a medium-sized company with about 150 employees. The company has chosen a competency model as a training strategy to achieve its training goals, i.e. the company has developed a competency matrix that shows which competencies are necessary for the performance of each job position. The aim of this thesis is to analyse and describe the educational strategy of the company under study, to identify problem areas and to suggest possible improvements. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, based on the study of the literature, and an empirical part, dealing with the investigation of the actual state of the functioning of the training system in the company by means of document analysis and structured interview with the HR manager. In the theoretical part, the theoretical knowledge of individual authors is examined to introduce the reader to the issues, there is, for example, an explanation of the basic concepts in the field of corporate training, the phases of training, training from the perspective of strategic or competency-based approach to training.
