Less is sometimes more: study of decision - making in the context of cognition, intuition and well-being

The goal of this work is to provide an overview of new trends in the research of decision-making, as well as offer practical guidelines for the practice of decision-making based on up-to-date knowledge. Theoretical part offers an overview of current developments and efforts in decision-making along with a critical perspective on the limited view of decision-making. I offer a new perspective on the purpose and goals of research in the area of decision-making with the aim to improve not only objective results of decision-making, but also overall well-being. I also revitalize intuition as a valid strategy for decision- making. Empirical part presents three research studies, which focus on various aspects of this new approach to decision-making. First focuses on time decisions, which are, unlike financial decisions, almost uncovered by decisional research. Second research builds on current work of D. Ariely and D. Gilbert and supports their thesis, that commitment plays a key role in decisional satisfaction. Last research maps our self- perception in decision-making and how it relates to our well-being. Development of Lecturers of Lifelong Learning for Healthcare Professionals

The thesis titled Development of Lecturers of Lifelong Learning for Healthcare Professionals examines the impact of development and education of workers in an organisation on the factors influencing professional behaviour. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the terms pertinent to the personnel-related activities of each organisation in the field of human resource management and is focused particularly on development and education. It analyses the specifics of this field regarding educators and more detailed attention is paid to the specific selected group of lecturers engaged in educating eye care professionals in contactology. The research part of the thesis concentrates on verifying the research assumption, which is the favourable impact of development and education of workers on their professional results and on the factors influencing their behaviour. This part of the thesis contains a quantitative survey carried out using the questionnaire method and semi-structured interviews with the lecturers and executives of selected organisations. Subsequently, it presents the outcomes of the given survey, which are also analysed, along with identification of strengths and weaknesses. Analysis of Debt Collection in the Zemědělské družstvo Hrotovice, družstvo

This bachelor work focuses on the issue of security and the recovery of claims after their due date. The theoretical part concerns the creation of claims, their security, statutes of limitations and liquidation. The main part aims to clarify the essence of extra-judicial and judicial recoveries of claims. These claims are seen from the accounting, tax and economic perspective. The analytical part characterizes the selected business subject and features analysis of current securities and recoveries of claims after their due date. The final part of this work includes the most suitable arrangements for increasing the efficiency of methods of recovering claims and suggestions for improving their security.

The Bechelor thesis is focused on the issues of security and debt collection and analysis of the receivables´ current state in the business subject PomocPro, a.s. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts associated with the topic. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the current state of subject´s receivables and is based on the results, the optimal solution of the given problem is suggested. The work also includes concrete proposals for streamlining and improving the methods and procedures for enforcement and security claims.

The subject of thesis „Increasing the efficiency“ of personnel work is the analysis of the current state of personnel work Brno branch of Merz s.r.o. to increase the efficiency of personnel work. Increasing the efficiency of personnel work should be achieved to increase profits and improve the economic situation of Merz s.r.o. The theoretical part of this work focuses primarily on individual areas of personnel work, namely motivation, communication, evaluation and remuneration and training. Also there is space devoted to dealing with the hierarchical structure of society and its leadership. These findings, together with an analysis of the current situation are used to propose changes that will lead to increase the efficiency of personnel work, and the goal of improving the economic situation of the company.

Diploma thesis "The behavior in the organization" at a practical level, integrates the knowledge of psychology, sociology and management. It explains bahavior of people in the organization, which seeks to use this knowledge for the benefit of the organizaton and its management. It focuses on individual differences among people in the organization, organizational culture, relationships between people in workplace, organizational structure, communication within the organization, motivation, development of potential employees and their career.

Bachelor work is focused on given theme {\clqq}Commitment relations rising from providing accommodation and related services``. This is kind of commitment relations that is possible to judge according to the civil or commercial code. Agreement for accommodation is more important in this case given by law No.: 40/1964 Sb. Civil code §754 {--} 759. This is the most important type of commitment relations which became a subject of my investigation and analysis. Further, I compared agreements arranged individualy and through resellers in the Czech Republic along with chosen state of European Union. A partial goal was to analyse particular services related with accommodation which play significant role on general impression of client. They would be factor that influence client for accommodation selection. Among these services belong: catering, transport, information, mediative, cultural and sport services.
