Diplomová práce "Chování v organizaci" v praktické rovině integruje poznatky psychologie, sociologie a managementu. Vysvětluje chování lidí v organizaci, přičemž se snaží využít těchto poznatů ve prospěch organizace a její řízení. Zaměřuje se na individuální rozdíly mezi lidmi v organizaci, organizační kulturu, vztahy mezi lidmi na pracovišti, organizační strukturu, komunikaci v organizaci, motivaci, rozvoj potenciálu zaměstnanců a jejich kariéru. Diploma thesis "The behavior in the organization" at a practical level, integrates the knowledge of psychology, sociology and management. It explains bahavior of people in the organization, which seeks to use this knowledge for the benefit of the organizaton and its management. It focuses on individual differences among people in the organization, organizational culture, relationships between people in workplace, organizational structure, communication within the organization, motivation, development of potential employees and their career.
