Change management in the context of digitization education in kindergarten

The diploma thesis is focused on the process of change management in the context of digitalization of education. The aim of the thesis is to identify the developmental needs of teachers in selected kindergartens in the field of digitalization of education and to describe opportunities in the process of change management in a selected kindergarten. The theoretical part defines the issue of digitalization of education, within which strategic and curricular documents related to the field of Czech pre-school education are analyzed, as well as pedagogical aspects of digitalization of education, including a subchapter focused on the education of children with special educational needs in this area. The second chapter discusses the identification of teachers' developmental needs. The last chapter forms the theoretical basis for the issue of change management, in addition to the well-known Kotter's model, Lewin's model and the ADKAR model are also mentioned. In the practical part, a mixed research design is used, with a questionnaire survey being carried out to identify the developmental needs of teachers in selected kindergartens in the Czech Republic. API for ITIL Service Desk Systems

Main focus of this thesis is creating workaround for ITIL processes in service desk systems. As a objective with highest priority was to choose service desk systems, then create interface which can make possible communication between service boards and selected processes. I described also in generally meaning ITIL library, common service desk functions and important ITIL processes. Management of incidents, problems, changes and configurations is based on a set of processes, which are able to manipulate with interface. Web services are main tool of implemented API for working with these processes. In conclusion are also presented several scenarios to demonstrate communication between clients and service across the board created interface.

Risk Managament in Project Management

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management in project management. It focuses on a project that describes a change in the holiday process and introduces a motivation system for employees. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis based on professional literature. The analytical part describes the current state of the process, the company and identifies the risks. The draft section proposes measures to reduce the risks in the project, and recommendations are made to increase the likelihood of adopting the proposed changes.

This diploma thesis put its focus on dealing with risk management issues during the implementation of changes in a particular company with a focus on the human factor. The literature research is devoted to a professional description of topics related to the research issues of this diploma thesis. The following part describes the methods that were used to achieve the goal of the thesis. The next part distinguish the analysis of the current situation of the company, the design of measures that would minimize most of the risk factors and processes of the company. The last part presents a project for which risks are identified and possible measures are proposed in order to increase the probability of success.

The Change Management in an Environment of Selected Sports Organizations

This paper includes change management in a specific environment of tennis club. First of all, there will be described the history of tennis, its formation and origin, and the rules. The next point, which is described in this paper, is the analysis of the current status of the tennis club, its operations and the conditions for the players. Another point includes financial situation; this section contains interview with club owners, inquiry with employees, and the evaluation. The last part of this paper, there will be prepared draft on how the service can be improved and how the employees performance can be enhanced.

Bachelor thesis deals with change management choice of club dance sport. The main intention is to propose applicable changes that can streamline the operation of the club and will affect the growth performance of dancers. The work is divided into three parts. The first presents the theoretical background, the next section is a sports organization and its trainers are analyzed by use to qualitative research focused on the training process and beliefs of the trainers. Based on the information we are given suggestions for changes which emerged from the qualitative research.
