Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces řízení změny v kontextu digitalizace vzdělávání. Cílem práce je zjistit rozvojové potřeby pedagogů vybraných mateřských škol v oblasti digitalizace vzdělávání a popsat příležitosti v procesu řízení změny ve vybrané mateřské škole. Teoretická část vymezuje problematiku digitalizace vzdělávání, v rámci které jsou zanalyzovány strategické a kurikulární dokumenty dotýkající se oblasti českého předškolního vzdělávání, dále pedagogické aspekty digitalizace vzdělávání včetně podkapitoly zaměřené na vzdělávání dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v této oblasti. Druhá kapitola pojednává o zjišťování rozvojových potřeb pedagogů. Poslední kapitola tvoří teoretický základ pro problematiku řízení změny, kromě známého Kotterova modelu, je zmíněn i model Lewinův a model ADKAR. V praktické části je využito smíšeného výzkumného designu, přičemž je realizováno dotazníkové šetření zjišťující rozvojové potřeby pedagogů ve vybraných mateřských školách v České republice. Data z tohoto šetření jsou analyzována a dále slouží jako podklad pro realizaci akčního výzkumu (řízení procesu změny) ve vybrané mateřské škole. Z dotazníkového šetření vyplývá, že proces digitalizace vzdělávání by pedagogům usnadnila metodika a spolupráce s mentorem. Návrh metodiky, respektive příručky pro... The diploma thesis is focused on the process of change management in the context of digitalization of education. The aim of the thesis is to identify the developmental needs of teachers in selected kindergartens in the field of digitalization of education and to describe opportunities in the process of change management in a selected kindergarten. The theoretical part defines the issue of digitalization of education, within which strategic and curricular documents related to the field of Czech pre-school education are analyzed, as well as pedagogical aspects of digitalization of education, including a subchapter focused on the education of children with special educational needs in this area. The second chapter discusses the identification of teachers' developmental needs. The last chapter forms the theoretical basis for the issue of change management, in addition to the well-known Kotter's model, Lewin's model and the ADKAR model are also mentioned. In the practical part, a mixed research design is used, with a questionnaire survey being carried out to identify the developmental needs of teachers in selected kindergartens in the Czech Republic.
