Zpracovaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku nejpoužívanějších technologií, jak nás ovlivňují a jak mění naši společnost. Nejvíce se zabývá používáním internetu, vlivu smartphonů na různé oblasti lidského života, používání internetového portálu YouTube, vlivem YouTuberů na společnost a popsáním pojmů streamer, streamování. Práce popisuje jak pozitivní vlivy těchto technologií na společnost, tak negativní vlivy, které přináší.
"Too cool to pretend to care"

The aim of the project is to capture the consumer attitude of society, the millennial culture, fake news, as well as planetary and social changes. It presents a stylized post-ironic statement of mostly narcissistic millennials, whose social platforms have become the main platform for expression, forcing us to reflect on the variety of information we are surrounded by and the need of its selection. It also opens the discussion about the phenomenon of denying the existence of climate change visible through the absurd arguments and the phenomenon of geoengineering, targeted human interventions in natural processes, primarily to permanently or at least temporarily cool the planet.
The Reason for the Attractiveness of Audiovisual Content Generated by Youtubers for Teenage Audience

The thesis aims to map the reasons for the attractiveness of audiovisual content generated by youtubers for teenage audiences. These causes are explored in a qualitative analysis based on focus groups. The interviews focus on teenagers' motivations for watching videos, intensity, the local context of viewing, the specificities that young people find important in such audiovisual content and the differentiations from traditional media content. In addition to audience analysis, this thesis also focuses on qualitative content analysis of videos of Czech YouTubers. It maps the specifics of videos that are characteristic for the YouTube platform. The thesis analyses formal audiovisual means of expression, such as camera techniques, colour, set design, graphics, post-production editing and the audio component of the work. The analysis also focuses on the content of the videos in the form of the performance and expression of the protagonists and the value of the information conveyed. The research on audiovisual content is also embedded in a relevant theoretical framework.
Travel publicistic journalism in the era of new media and multimedia platforms

This diploma work dealt how travel content is created and promoted through social media, focusing on its digital form, which in the present times is mainly published on social media sites, for example Youtube. The focus of this diploma work was on social sites, their functions and their importance for content creation in general, but also for travel content specifically. It did analyse vlogging method and in the practical part its relevance for both soft and hard form of journalism. It closely analysed monetization of content and its marketing. It followed influencers on social sites and influencer marketing and shown forms of collaboration of brands and content creators. It contains two practical researches. The first one is qualitative research case study of vlogger Casey Neistat and his channel and it uses him to show marketing and monetization principles in content creation. The second one is quantitative research analysing Wuhan pandemics outbreak and the importance of travel vloggers, who provided vlog content creation, which was then used by many news media and different content creators. There is enough content for answering all research questions, based on theoretical and practical research.
Dissemination of so-called fake news about the key events of 2020 among YouTubers and Twich streamers

Object of this thesis is to compare the broadcast content of selected YouTubers and Twitch streamers related to the main events of 2020 with how traditional media organizations such as television, press or Internet news servers inform the public about the same topics. It also deals with the possible influence of opinions, especially of young viewers, who represent the target audience for most YouTubers and Twitch streamers. Based on a comparison of the coverage of selected events, the work also attempts to assess whether or not leading Czech YouTubers and Twitch streamers can be considered relevant sources of information in crisis situations.

The influence of Czech and Slovakian "YouTubers" on consumer behaviour of young generation

This thesis is dealing with the influence of Czech and Slovakian YouTubers on the young generation up to 26 years of age. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether young people watch videos of YouTubers and whether they feel influenced by the advertisement in their videos. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes consumer behaviour, factors that influence it and specifics of young generation. The second part is aimed at YouTube: it describes YouTube advertising, explains terms linked to the topic of this thesis and looks into the research, carried out as an internet-based survey.
