Závěrková, Eliška ; Kašpar, Ladislav (advisor) ; Hájková, Jana (referee)
The main aim of this thesis is to determine and compare the movement abilities of ninth-grade elementary school students and students of the same age from high schools called "gymnázium". The UNIFITTEST 6-60 test battery was used to determine the level of movement abilities. The sub-goals of the thesis are to compare the obtained results with population norms, compare somatic conditions of both research groups, and compare movement abilities with respect to gender. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and research part. In the theoretical section, we first focus on the definition, classification, and description of movement abilities. Then, the history and composition of the UNIFITTEST 6-60 test profile are presented. Furthermore, the theoretical section includes chapters on age-related specifics of youth aged 14-15 years, differences in physical education and sport lessons in both types of schools and a review of available literature. The research section is devoted to the measurement process, description of research groups, and analysis of results. The conclusion of the thesis includes a discussion and evaluation of the obtained data. The results of this thesis confirm the hypothesis that students from gymnasiums show better movement abilities than elementary school students. However, the...

Title: The relationships between the level of physical activity, physical fitness and somatotype in youth women players. Author: Jitka Chlastáková Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Aim: To find and compare the level of physical activity, physical fitness and somatotype in youth women players (U13 and U15). The next aim was to determine the relationships between physical activity, physical fitness and somatotype in youth women players (U13 and U15). Methods: The object of the research was a group of girls aged from 11 to 15 years. Out of them were 14 girls actually playing for U13 and another 14 for U15. The daily motion aktivity of this group was tested by 14 accelerometers Actigraph GT3X. The length of testing period was one week. The level of motion abilities was examined by testing battery UNIFITTEST 6-60 through four different exercises. Both somatic test and UNIFITTEST 6-60 were realized during a camp. Results: The results show that girls playing for U15 are generally more active than girls playing for U12 (4 171 133 counts > 2 809 934 counts). It proves a fact that older girls make daily on average 15 462 steps compare to 9 764 steps of younger girls. By this result U13 team does not meet the recommendation of 11 000 steps in a day. Further younger girls have reached lower amount of...

Zerzán, Miloš ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Gryc, Tomáš (referee)
Title: The relationship between motor performance and body composition in football Author: Miloš Zerzán Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Aim: To determine the current level of motor performance and somatotype among football players (9-10 years old). To determine the relationship between motor performance (evaluated by UNIFITTEST 6-60) and somatotype among football players at older mite team (9-10 years). Methods: Total sample was consisted of 25 players who underwent anthropometric measurements to determine the somatotype according to the method of Heath-Carter and UNIFITTEST 6-60 for the evaluation of basic motor performance. Results: It was found that 72 % of the tested players achieved above-average evaluation in UNIFITTEST 6-60. The tested football players had a lower portion of subcutaneous fat considering the physical constitution. In our study we did not find significant relationship between selected indicators of motor performance and physical somatotype. Although the level of motor performance was rather above-average and the value of subcutaneous fat was relatively low, our results suggest that these determinants of individual game performance are not closely related. Key words: motor skills, somatotype, UNIFITTEST 6-60, physical fitness, children, football

Navara, Miroslav ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Šťastný, Petr (referee)
Title: Physical fitness of football players category U7 Objectives: To find the level of physical fitness and level of football skills of football players category U7. Find a relationship between physical fitness and level of football skills. Methods: Total sample was consisted of 22 players category U7 (year of birth 2010). For get level of physical fitness we used the Unifittest 6-60 which is composed of four tests and somatic test. We calculated BMI from results of somatic test. For test of football skills we create a special test which included elementary player skills (keeping a ball with change of direction, stop the ball). Results: When we get a results of Unifittest 6-60 we determinate that 63 % of players get average to below average score. When we determined the dependence of special skills on physical fitness, we found, apart from the sit up test, that the remaining tests correlated quite extensively with the special skill test. Special skill test correlated with overall score of Unifittest 6-60. When we get level of subcutaneous fat we find that players have medium to low value. Title: Assessment of motor performance in primary school age Objective: The work had to determinate the condition of motor performance children. Children were from 7 to 11 years old. We wanted to demonstrate increase of motor performance as consequence of natural evolution. We investigated the condition of motor performance and a level of motor abilities. Methods: The main method was the test battery Unifittest 6- 60. This battery showed basic motor performance. We found the condition of movement regime of questionnaire. Results: Bmi moves in a normal category. The basic motor performance moves below average. Girls have the worst results in 11 years. Boys have the worst results in 10 years. Girls have the best results in 7 years. Boys have the best results in 8 years. Motor performace decreases with age. Movement regime don't neglected. The most children visit sports club at least once a week (42,9%). Some children visit sports clubs 3-4 times a week (37%). The most favorite sports are colective games, dancing and swimming.
