The proposed system aims to facilitate and simplify the clarity of internal company information, about customers but also their employees. Then there is also the possibility to control workforce planning for individual contracts and globally but also meeting their the deadlines. We can notforget the marketing approach of the company and its public promotion.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the complete analysis, design and assignment of a suitable new information system to the company. It contains a design that helps improve, faster, and more transparently run the system.

It includes suggestions, procedures and recommendations for improving the company´s culture, which can lead to the better prosperity and more effective work.

I Live Tarot

Private deck of cards created during six-month survey and documentation of daily experiences. The package contains 49 cards and it is inspired by a set of 78 tarot cards. Text content - reverse side of the card was created using diary notes. Face side of the card was chosen as a representation of processes taking place usually in days when the card was read.

V této práci je využito teoretických znalostí a důkladné analýzy projektového prostředí a aktuální úrovně daného procesu pro vytvoření návrhu řešení, který cílí na odstranění identifikovaných nedostatků za účelem zefektivnění celého procesu.

This diploma thesis deals with strengthening of competitiveness of the accounting centre “Pneuservis” in the VOP GROUP, s.r.o., which currently faces financial problems and lacks enough competitiveness. Proposals have been outlined on the basis of the strategic analysis. The competitive strategy has been developed for Pneuservis VOP GROUP, s.r.o., the part of which has been the formulation of vision, mission and strategic goals. The objective has been defined as acquisition of new customers and, consequently, strengthening of competitiveness of Pneuservis VOP GROUP, s.r.o..
