Author: Veronika Sosnovcová Title: Postural stability measured by the Y-balance test in girls who practice sports aerobics and sports gymnastics. Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the difference in postural stability in girls from sports aerobics and artistic gymnastics. Compare the athletes from different age categories and see if the postural stability improves with age. The diploma thesis also tries to clarify the effect of hypermobility on postural control. Methods: 79 girls - 42 from sports aerobics and 37 from sports gymnastics - participated in this research. Probands were from 8 years old to adult girls. All the measurements were done in the gyms of the particapating clubs from october 2021 to february 2022. The girls were measured by Y-balance test which test their dynamic postural balance and by Beihgton score which test their hypermobility. Microsoft Excel 365 and stastistic software R (version 4.0.3.) were used for evaluation of results. The results were processed using a linear regression model. As a level of statistical significance was considered α=0,005. Results: This study showed that there are statistical significant differences in postural stability between grils from sports gymnastics and sports aerobics. The significant difference is in evaluation of all...

Břízová, Tereza ; Váchová, Alena (advisor) ; Hanušová, Jaroslava (referee)
This bachelor thesis is focused on appropriate and short-term nutrition for optimal sports performance of sports aerobics. It determines Individual approach to nutrition based on nutritional records and questionnaire survey. It also compares dietary differences in girls aged 15 and 17-18 years. The theoretical part of this thesis briefly touches information related to sports aerobics, its history, categories as well as its body burden. It also focuses on sports nutrition itself, where energy metabolism, individual macronutrients and micronutrients, supplements or drinking regime are described in more detail. Last, but not least, the correct diet setting is mentioned. The practical part deals with the eating habits of girls in sports aerobics. Significant nutritional deficiencies can be seen from the nutritional record, the questionnaire survey, and their personal data. The athletes processed their nutritional records together with a questionnaire in November, a period when they are preparing for the upcoming season and rehearsing choreography. From the results of the work, we can conclude that all girls are in a long-term caloric deficit. They have insufficient amounts especially of protein and carbohydrates in their diet. Some girls skip morning or afternoon snacks and thus have their daily...
Effect of sports aerobics competitors to posture for the age categories seniors
Zámostná, Tereza ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Hellebrandová, Lenka (referee)
Title: Effect of sports aerobics competitors to posture for the age categories seniors Objectives: To determine the diagnosis and assess the impact aerobic sports on posture in older age groups in different conditions. Get information on the use of assistive exercise in training units from club coach and selected individuals. Compare the results of diagnostic posture with information regarding use of the compensation exercise. Recommend solutions to the problem in case of deviations from the correct posture. Methods: The work was acquired data with literature study, test methods, questionnaire, observation and interview methods. Questionnaire to help choose the method tested by the diversity of individual responses. Thanks literature tests were designed to evaluate the posture of selected individuals. Method interview with the coach and selected individuals helped to specify the questions on the use of assistive exercise in training units. Results: Allowed me to see that by tested sports aerobics competitors there are different variations of unilateral posture due to overloading and inadequate compensation. Keywords: sport aerobics, musculoskeletal diagnosis, proper posture.

Roubková, Leona ; Satrapová, Lenka (advisor) ; Nováková, Tereza (referee)
Title: The Assessment of the Impact of the Sports Aerobics on the Postural Stabilization of the girls aged 8 to 10 years Definition of the problem: This thesis deals with testing of the postural stabilization and also deals with detection of the occurrence of hypermobility in two groups of girls aged 8-10 years. The first group consist of girls that do sports aerobics and second group consist of girls that do not do any sport. Objectives: In the theoretical part I will devote a summary of findings on the development of postural security, with motor development and motor learning and also very briefly the hypermobility. The aim is to verify if the sports aerobics has a formative influence on postural stabilization of girls at a school age. I examine if the high training load at this early age leads to changes in postural motor skills in terms of its positive or negative influence. Furthermore, the research confirms the higher incidence of hypermobility among athletes. Methods: Selection of the research group on a voluntary basis and according to predetermined criteria. Practical testing of children assembled using two test batteries. Statistical data processing (Student's t-test, Spearman's correlation coefficient). Comparing the results between the two groups of girls. Results: Two test sets...
