NÁZEV: Rozbor sestav ve sportovním aerobiku AUTOR: Klára Handrejchová KATEDRA (ÚSTAV) Katedra tělesné výchovy a sportu VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PaedDr. Jana Hájková ABSTRAKT: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání variability a obtížnosti prvků u sportovního aerobiku v roce 2022. Rozbor se zaměřuje na porovnání sestav finalistů u první výkonnostní třídy a druhé výkonnostní třídy sportovního aerobiku v kategorii jednotlivců juniorů a adult z pohledu výše technického indexu a variability prvků obtížnosti. Použité metody práce jsou pozorování videozáznamů a analýza předem zvolených sestav. Rozbor sestav je proveden na základě předem stanovených kritérií hodnocení. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny výzkumné otázky, které ukazují na rozdíly v technické připravenosti mezi první výkonnostní třídou v kategorii junior a adult a druhou výkonnostní třídou v kategorii junior a adult. In addition, the analysis focuses on the comparison of the choreographies of the finalists in the first and second levels of individual women category sports aerobics of juniors and adults in terms of technical index level and variety of difficulty elements. The working methods used are the observation of video recordings and the analysis of pre-selected choreographies. Furthermore, the analysis of the performance is carried out on the basis of predetermined evaluation criteria. Last but not least, at the end of the dissertation, research questions that demonstrate the differences in technical preparation between the first level in the junior and adult category and the second level in the junior and adult category are examined.
