Counseling activities of special educational needs teacher in mainstream elementary schools for pupils with mild intellectual disability

The diploma thesis focuses on the methods and forms of support and counselling provided by a school special educator in a mainstream primary school to a pupil with mild mental disability. The aim of the thesis is to map and present the methods that are chosen when working with the chosen pupil and the reasons for their use. The theoretical part defines the concepts of intellectual disability, especially mild intellectual disability, the profession of the school special educational needs teacher and the methods that are generally used in the education of pupils with mild intellectual disability in mainstream primary schools. The empirical part presents the research investigation itself. First, the main objectives, methods and results of the analysis of the investigation are described, and the respondents who participated in the research investigation are also presented. This is a qualitative research investigation, which was carried out using a semi-structured interview method, which maps the methods of support and guidance provided, but also the professional career of school special educators and, last but not least, their perspective on inclusive education. Motivation of students of career counselling to the profession of a career counsellor

The diploma thesis focuses on the field of career counselling in its entirety. The theoretical part defines concepts such as motivation and career and describes the most well-known career typologies. It presents the sectors where career counsellor can be found, including the definition of target groups that most often seek the career counsellors help. It comprehensively introduces the services, forms, methods and tools used by career counsellors, including his or her competences according to the National Occupation Classification System. It deals with the education of career counsellors, including the standards of the National Qualification System. The empirical part focuses on the motivation of students in career counselling to pursue the profession of career counsellor. The thesis aimed to identify the reasons for studying the chosen field and the cocerns that respondents perceive in connection with their future career. Application of educational and counseling activities in the practice of probation officers

The diploma thesis focuses on the application of educational and counseling activities in the practice of probation officers. Probation is viewed as a tool of social andragogy, the practical application of which can be found in institutions that focus, among other things, on the socialization and resocialization of individuals such as criminals. The aim of the work is to analyze and characterize the educational and counseling activities that selected probation officers use in their work with persons released from imprisonment and to identify barriers to their use. A secondary aim of the research findings is to determine which activities are considered most effective in the process of integrating these persons into society according to the selected probation officers. The theoretical part of the thesis first deals with the definition of the concept of restorative justice, programs of restorative justice, the specifics of this concept in the Czech Republic and in selected foreign countries. Support of company management systems using available software tools

Successful organisations are build upon effective management systems based on general values, concepts and processes, described not only in standards. While standards represent general requirements, area of expertise demands specific requirements. In both cases management systems are supported by suitable software tools making collaboration and workflow easier. The thesis focuses on correct evaluation of software tools adhering to relevant requirements of ISO standards. General evaluation criteria are outlined and then specified. Evalution approach, method and guide are created. Table and database editors are considered as possible evaluation tools. As an example, tools for organisation management support are evaluated. The practical part of the thesis describes a specific organisation and its needs for document and internal audit management, from which criteria, evaluation method and recommendations are drawn. The Bachelor’s thesis aims to provide necessary information for successful expansion of GrowJOB institute to Austria. Since 2006 GrowJOB has been educating CEOs and other executives of Czech companies in the field of competitiveness and been helping them grow stronger among their competitors. In the thesis I describe theoretical background of business plan creation and analyze both internal and external environment. Then I focus on individual steps of the expansion and provide a detailed financial plan as well. The most robust competitive cutting edge of the company is that it takes advantage of new scientific findings in the field of decision-making processes (behavioral economics, neuroeconomics) and brings them to everyday life of firms.

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of a web presentation of Optimal Energy company. The presentation is based on an existing one which was not adequate and did not fulfil the requirements on a quality modern web presentation. The work is based on HTML language together with PHP. The whole content of the website is obtained from a MySQL database for obtaining a greater flexibility. The web is optimized for search engines (SEO) according to its purpose and it is designed according to the accessible web guidelines. The thesis further describes the resulting system testing and possibilities of its further development.

This thesis seeks to analyze the impact of a range of projects of Chamber of Commerce Brno on the entrepreneurs from the respective region. The thesis describes the structure and the overall operation of the Chamber of Commerce Brno as well as its several projects. In order to evaluate, there are three marketing researches that need to be taken into a consideration. Those marketing researches had been realised during the period of 2005 – 2007. Baring the results risen from the abovementioned marketing researchs in mind, the created situation has been assessed, and based on the personal experience the recommendations dedicated to the management have been created.
