The subject of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of accounting and tax aspects of employee benefits in selected companies. The theoretical part is focused on HR and the definition of employee benefits from the accounting and tax point of view, including their legislative regulation. The practical part is devoted to benefits provided in specific engineering companies, with their subsequent comparison. Finally, a questionnaire survey is evaluated, on the basis of which proposals for improving the remuneration system are made.
Tax and Accounting Aspects of Emploee Benefits from the Employer's Perspective

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to employee benefits from an accounting and tax point of view in a limited liability company. The first part characterizes the research from the professional literature on the given topic, which the bachelor's thesis deals with. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of provided employee benefits in the company. And as part of the collection of analytical data, a questionnaire survey was conducted in the company. The last part of the work is based on the results of the analytical part and based on these results I suggest possible proposals for improving the current provision of employee benefits, which could increase employee satisfaction in the future.
Application of Dunningova-Kruger effect in interviewing and hiring

The aim of this work is to use the Dunning-Kruger effect, a cognitive bias in which individuals with limited expertise tend to overestimate their abilities, as a skill assessment tool in employee selection. The theoretical section examines and explains the Dunning-Kruger effect, discusses the original study, and provides additional examples of the Dunning-Kruger effect from other studies. It also delineates the theory related to personnel issues. In the practical section, specific areas of testing are researched, and an experiment is conducted on students who are given tests to determine their ability to correctly assess their knowledge and skills in the areas of social intelligence, English language, and logical reasoning. Based on the results, the difference between their performance on the tests and their self-assessment is examined. In the discussion and conclusion, the results are interpreted and recommendations are proposed to personnel managers. The findings show that the effect is most pronounced when estimating ability of social intelligence and English. Self-assessment of logic skills proved to be the most reliable.
Social work close to people: Social worker´s employment in businesses

The aim of the thesis is to point out the space in the social work's system in the Czech republic and to find out the possibilities of employing a social worker at a selected employer, as part of the company structure. A social worker would help with employer's CSR programme and further cultivate their environment. The thesis' topic is described both from a theoretical point of view and through the lens of its impact in practice. The practical part is processed with a qualitative research strategy using the semi-structured interview technique.
Analysis of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the field of human resources

Modern technology holds great potential to change the way HR professionals do their jobs. There can be no doubt that artificial intelligence will play a key role in this development. The thesis focuses on research of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the field of human resources, conducted in the form of an online questionnaire and a qualitative interview with HR manager from the Czech branch of an international corporate company. These data are processed by statistical methods of hypothesis testing and SWOT analysis. The output of this thesis can serve as a valuable guideline for organizations considering the implementation of these tools.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to focus on the scale of fluctuations employees in the state company. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part are defined the basic concepts as fluctuation, causes of fluctuations, positive and negative impacts on the social environment. The practical part focus on the personal description of the company by analysing the company fluctuations in years 2010 – 2015.
