Proposal of Changes in the Management of the Purchasing Function in the Organization

This master thesis is focused on the analysis of the purchasing process in the company Koval Systems s. r. o.. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic characteristics of the purchasing process, together with the current process of warehousing, logistics, inventory and distribution.. This thesis is analising the current condition of the purchasing process together with current storage process. Based on the theoretical knowledges in the last part of the thesis, there are also highlighted problematic fields and suggested possible solutions, which can help to eliminate identified deficiencies and enable the development of business.

Bakalárska práca je zameraná na systém odmeňovania zamestnancov v spoločnosti AAF International. Svoju prácu som rozdelila na tri časti. Prvá časť charakterizuje všeobecne známe pojmy v oblasti odmeňovania. V druhej časti je analýza súčasný stav riešenej problematiky vybranej spoločnosti a spôsob odmeňovania zamestnancov. Tretia časť práce je zameraná na návrhy týkajúce sa zmien v systéme odmeňovania zamestnancov analyzovanej spoločnosti.
