Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním účetních a daňových aspektů zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Teoretická část specifikuje personalistiku, poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů podle daňového a účetního hlediska. Práce analyzuje aktuální systém poskytovaných benefitů pro zaměstnance v konkrétních společnostech soukromé a veřejné sféry a obsahuje návrh na zlepšení. The bachelor thesis deals with comparison accounting and tax aspects of employee benefits. The theoretical part is specified on the human resources, providing employee benefits, according to the tax and accounting point of view. The thesis analyzes the current system of provided benefits to employees in specific companies in the private and public spheres and contains a proposal for their improvement.
